Anne-Norrante Alexandre

Prior to joining Boreala, Anne-Norrante worked in leadership development consulting before moving into a human resources role within retail. Dynamic, caring and committed, Anne-Norrante has the well-being of clients at heart. She stands out for her listening, her professionalism, and her sense of justice. She enjoys working in a team and achieving long-term results by setting up sustainable initiatives. As a Consultant, Anne-Norrante is always ready to innovate and try new ways of doing things and has a very diverse skill set. Her main areas of expertise are HR fundamentals, training and development, organizational diagnostic and organizational effectiveness. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Montreal and also studied human resources and organizational development at HEC. She finalized her studies in Management at Laval University. Anne-Norrante is passionate about creating experiential learning experiences for clients and has completed the Kaospilot training to further enhance her skills in this area.

Charles Gagnon

Charles joined Boreala in early 2021 with two years of solid experience as an HR generalist in a private multinational company. He played a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of career management and succession plans to develop employee motivation, engagement and retention. While managing training programs and recruitment, he established himself as a leader within his team through his decision-making skills and positive attitude. A creative go-getter, Charles is always ready to take on new challenges with the use of innovative ideas to successfully achieve objectives. His excellent communication skills and rigor enable him to meet client expectations while also adding fun into his collaborations. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal. Previously President of the HEC Competition Committee, he won 1st place in the Human Resources Management case at the 2019 Jeux du Commerce, the largest student academic competition in Eastern Canada. Through his strong involvement in student life, he demonstrated his motivation to work collaboratively with his peers and building trust with his colleagues.

Coline Houlon Tordjman

Optimistic and witty by nature, she stands out by her listening skills, her interpersonal skills and her professionalism, all of which allow her to quickly build trusting relationships with key stakeholders. Having worked in Germany, France and Canada in large private organizations of the aeronautics, civil engineering and professional services sectors, Coline also spent a few years in municipal administration. With over twelve years of experience in human resources, she has supported her clients in various areas including, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management and organizational transformation. Passionate about language, facilitation and training delivery, in other words: sharing in all its forms, Coline is currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at UQAM in order to become a certified trainer. She completed French-German studies during which she obtained a bachelor's degree in political sciences as well as a master's degree in human resources management from Sciences Po (Paris, France). Jasmine Navar

Josette Lapierre

Being a certified Prosci/ADKAR practitioner, change management strategies and considerations are an integral part of the approach favored by Marie-Pier, which, over the years, has proven to be a tool that has enabled success and sustainability of projects and initiatives.
