Brady started his career as a professional athlete, playing AFL for Geelong and North Melbourne and won the coveted Sandover Medal while playing for East Perth. He was forced into early retirement at 24 due to injury and burn out. Committed to healing himself and after having exhausted all mainstream treatments, Brady developed the ABM Program, a methodology of working with clients that challenges the traditional medical and sports science models... As the founder of ABM, Brady has developed a comprehensive human movement and health evaluation platform which delivers extraordinary life improvement outcomes to high performing individuals throughout the world... Andersons Body Movement is run by Brady Anderson and delivers programs which offer valuable results regarding human movement, high performance, posture, function, golf biomechanics and lifestyle health principles.
