Liz is a Chartered Marketer, with a post-graduate diploma in Marketing and has over 20 years' marketing and events experience. Her time in industry has involved working within a variety of sectors including, cadaveric training, AV Technology, medical devices, HR Benchmarking and publishing. She now works with organisations to deliver organisational objectives with the use of successful marketing campaigns, involving a combination of social media, and website and communications strategy. The success of which has been measured and adjusted following market analysis to achieve ROI. Her product management skills lead her to identify efficiencies in product development using effective pricing strategies and use of resources, whilst identifying and delivering new opportunities. Liz established Business Operations Solution Services (BOSS) in April 2019, with a goal of helping small-medium businesses take that next leap forward in their strategy. Whether an organisation needs help with a short term project or a longer term consistent resource on a part-time basis, BOSS is there ready to help them. When she has some spare time Liz loves to be in her garden (weather permitting) and particularly enjoys growing vegetables. Louise Walden-Edwards

Former World Class athlete, Louise is now freelancing in various areas of Entertainment, Sport & Business. Louise has a ‘programmed to win' work ethic and a ‘can do' attitude with strong leadership skills, organisation & planning as her forte. She is efficient, thorough, reliable and exceptionally discrete. She has strong managerial skills of events, people, projects & property. Louise excels in administration and organisation, with many years experience of running her own business and as an Executive Assistant working across various different industry sectors. She is enthusiastic, vibrant, confident, personable and self-motivated, with a deep appreciation of efficient teamwork and management techniques. Louise has been described as "Articulate & determined, with a strong ability to work under pressure and communicate with others in order to meet targets & performance goals". Louise began her non-sporting career working with British Nuclear Group in 2004, aiding the creation of an intranet system. More recently other notable projects include Property Management, Executive Assistant to Managing Director working in Medical Education, Medical Distribution and Innovation and Company Manager for Stageworks Worldwide Productions. Louise has a Diploma in Event Management & PR and has successfully created, organised and run many events from weddings to cadaveric training courses. Louise is a former World Class athlete turned Executive Assistant, with a diploma in Event Management & PR. Her career as an Executive Assistant began working directly with an Entrepreneur and the Managing Director of 6 companies which were centred around Medical Distribution, Medical Education and Innovation. Louise, is known for her efficiency, reliability and her absolute discretion, Her other industry experience also includes Sport, Entertainment, Television, Broadcasting, Property, Leisure & Tourism and ‘Show Business'. In her spare time, Louise enjoys cooking, dancing and revisiting France, a place she fell in love with whilst training as an athlete during her competitive sporting career.
