Whether you are seeking support or can help provide support, we are here to provide a community of care throughout the journey... Brave Minds Project works to raise awareness and funds to support patients in their early teens to early adulthood who have been diagnosed with brain and brainstem conditions. At Brave Minds Project, we believe this is the Forgotten Demographic, as it is a time when ones' hormones are changing, their mind is developing, and they're exploring who they want to become in life, all while navigating life with a brain condition.
