Boxing4fitness was set up in 2008 and was the inspiration of Wasim Ilyas who had the opportunity to box professionally under the direction of Frank Maloney who also managed Lenox Lewis. His boxing career was cut short by a major operation on his Jaw. Over the subsequent decade Wasim ballooned up to over 20 stone. Wasim used the knowledge he had acquired from Boxing & a degree in Biomedical Science from Kings Colledge London to work with PTs to develop a Weight Loss, Fitness & Boxing program which enabled him to lose 8 Stone and achieve 2 national Amateur Silver Medals... Boxing4fitness started 10 years ago and has quickly gained recognition as a leading boxing fitness training provider. Boxing4fitness runs several training courses a year for fitness instructors, teachers and PTs.
