THE BREDA GROUP was founded in 2015 with Restaurant BREDA on the Singel in the heart of Amsterdam. This restaurant was received with fantastic reviews and swiftly made its mark in Amsterdam's culinary scene. A year later, Pita Kebab & Falafel opened in the Foodhallen in Amsterdam-West. Here, organic kebab and white bean falafel are served, casting the döner sandwich in a new light. In 2018, Maris Piper Brasserie and Maris Piper Chef's Table were added to the group. Due to the success of Restaurant BREDA, Klein BREDA was opened on Utrechtsestraat in 2021. This restaurant is the little sister of Restaurant BREDA, boasting its own unique character. In addition, they opened The Noodle Shop in the Foodhallen the same year and, in the autumn of 2022, a second Píta location was opened at the Spui...
