As a human being and a perceptive consumer, I have often questioned why at times businesses do not offer product and services that meet their target customer's expectation. I believe most consumers know when they received good products and services at the value they want I also believed business owner do not start their company to be average, to create a sub-par product, to offer poor services, to not provide values to their customers. With this belief in mind, I have accumulated knowledge, skill and experiences from education and work in both private and public sectors assuming various roles in various organizations, where I strive to find ways to effectively improve, as well as innovate on what is established to increase value for both the organization and customers.
