Ahmed has worked with BSBG for more than a decade, and was one of the first engineers to join the division. His extensive expertise and appetite for projects has helped him establish himself as one of BSBG's most valuable assets, and he has worked his way up to become an associate based upon his commitment and capabilities. As an engineer, his work is precise and meticulous, and this is augmented with a genuine passion and enthusiasm for all aspects of the project cycle.

Alistair Bradley manages a team working predominantly on project design development. His knowledge and understanding of how to successfully deliver projects of large scale and high complexity makes him a trusted point of contact for BSBG's clients and consultants, and a design team manager who inspires confidence in his teams.
Alistair ensures the seamless implementation of projects according to client requirements and BSBG's standards of design and documentation. He is also responsible for the management and implementation of BSBG's BIM project workflow, utilising the latest software solutions to add value. He is an expert in this field and actively uses BIM to review and resolve complex design problems on the projects he leads. Through the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), he advises the BSBG teams on how to implement Revit projects efficiently, with direct involvement where required.
Alistair McMillan arrived at BSBG in 1995, and immediately began to instil his vision for a practice that would go on to make significant contributions to the rapidly developing city of Dubai. At an early stage he introduced the BSBG design philosophy - that great architecture comes from understanding the client, the end user and a responsibility to produce enduring, timeless design.
With Alistair as the driving force, BSBG has emerged to become a highly respected international architectural practice, and a trusted collaborator on projects for numerous long-term clients. The journey began in Dubai; one of the most demanding markets in global construction, and has spread to Asia and Europe under his direction. In each of these territories BSBG has built its reputation based on the principles and standards Alistair has developed.
His design principles stem from firstly gaining a unique depth of understanding for what the client's project aspirations are. With a preference for uncomplicated, clean design and a focus on detail and solid delivery, Alistair demands the highest level of understanding and performance from his team; placing his trust in them to carry BSBG forward, ensure his design principles are retained, and provide a consistently first-class suite of architectural solutions.
Managing Partner Alistair McMillan made the decision to establish the first of the group's overseas offices in the vibrant Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. From the capital city BSBG is ideally positioned to offer its high-end design and first-class executive architecture to the South East Asia market, where activity in construction continues to increase at a rapid pace. The number of staff in the office grew at a similarly rapid pace, as 25 people joined within the first 12 months.

With more than a decade overseeing business development and the delivery of large scale projects for BSBG internationally, some of which include The Opus in Dubai and Green Park Hotel in London, Andrew supports the management structure within BSBG's London office, while using his depth of knowledge and industry expertise to identify potential new projects and partnerships for BSBG in the UK and across the continent.
As a Partner within the international group, his recent focus has been on expanding BSBG's network and areas of operation, taking responsibility for instilling international standards and a coherent vision as the group's principal in developing new markets. His technical expertise, combined with acute business acumen (he holds an MBA from London Business School), serve to ensure the group's continued international growth and preserve the BSBG reputation for the highest level of value, quality and efficiency in the market.

Jamie Armitage joined the group to lead the construction supervision and project management teams, working on more than a dozen sites across the world. Michael Lewis, renowned throughout the Middle East for his involvement in some of the more thoughtful and intelligent architectural design, joined BSBG in early 2019 as Group Design Director.
Nick Turbott has a uniquely in-depth level of knowledge and understanding on how to deliver projects efficiently, on time and within budget. Gained over the course of a career that has spanned two decades, his experience encompasses high-end retail, hotel, residential and mixed-use developments, and throughout his portfolio are examples of numerous BSBG projects for which he has taken the lead role from inception to completion.
A core strength of Nick's dynamic approach to project delivery is an ability to understand and communicate - with clients, contractors, consultants, and the in-house architectural teams. While his passion is predominantly for design, Nick's focus when it comes to projects is all-encompassing, comprising all stages of the approval processes - and each construction milestone.
Partner Nick Turbott joined BSBG in 2007 as a Lead Architect, working to deliver projects such as Addax Tower in the City of Lights, Abu Dhabi. His role now involves working with BSBG's international clients, both in Dubai and overseas, ensuring smooth project delivery.

Scott Orwin joined BSBG in 2012, coming with a reputation for overseeing some of the largest projects in the Middle East at that time, guiding the early stage design stages, and on towards completion - a role he now fulfils on numerous projects as a Partner.

His wealth of experience delivering massive engineering projects across the Middle East has given him a profound understanding of the demands the surrounding environment places upon structures, and he addresses each challenge with the level of astute technical expertise one could only acquire from an almost 20-year career in the region.
