Anthony has been involved in the Security and Hospitality industries for the past 26 years. He has hands-on hospitality management experience in the areas of food and beverage, bar, human resource management, staff development and training. Anthony has also performed the duties of Crowd Controller, Body Guard, Armed Vehicle Officer and Correctional Officer. He now utilises these skills and life experiences to impress, shape and guide the future Security Guards of the Industry. His role now is that of Teacher, Mentor, Advisor and Advocate encouraging a stronger more professional Security/Hospitality Industry. He is qualified in the following:

Karen has been involved in Business Management for 26 years and is the Managing Partner of Best Security Pty Ltd, with over 350 Employees and over 150 Licensed Venues as Clients. Karen is an active member of Liquor Industry Action Groups and the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL), ensuring her skills and industry knowledge are both accurate and current.
