Behind the scenes at Building Blocks, our team works hard to provide resources and support to children, families, and the community... So that year, they proposed the first child care resource center and incorporated under the name 4C of Southern Indiana. A need for paid employees arose when the nonprofit organization became flooded with monthly requests for care assistance. Building Blocks now serves 28 counties in southern Indiana and works closely with the State of Indiana in prioritizing the expansion of programs that enhance the affordability and availability of quality child care.
