The son of Trevor and Susan Rheinberger, and the grandson of Geoff Walker, Beau is third generation Bundilla Pest Control. From growing up answering the phones, to 13 years in the Air Force, Beau has returned to the family business. Beau is super enthusiastic about creating a great customer experience, and takes great pride in the service BPC provides. He is passionate about molding Bundilla Pest Control in to the best pest control company in Australia!
In his spare time, Beau loves to hit the surf and enjoy the sun and the waves.
Ben Coombes is a valuable member of Bundilla Pest Control! No matter how big or small a pest problem is, Ben can always find a solution. Ben has incredible focus when dealing with our customer's pest problems, we're lucky to have him as part of the team.
In Ben's spare time he enjoys a good game of golf and playing video games on his PC - have any good game recommendations?

Jason is passionate about his customers. He remembers their names, their pets, their history; all because he is genuinely interested in people. Jason is our senior technician, and has been an integral part of BPC since 2003.
In his spare time, Jason coaches a kids basketball team and loves to run around the court himself.

Jo is usually the first voice you'll hear when you phone Bundilla Pest Control. She's the first one in and the last one out, and she's only too happy to help. Jo has a genuine desire to help and ensure all of our customers are happy.
In her spare time, she loves to play with her son and enjoy time with her family.
Nathan is our newest employee to our pest technician team and we are excited to have this pest fighting machine in our corner! Nathan has an incredible attention to detail when it comes to tackling our customers' pest problems, leaving them feeling comfortable in their homes and businesses.
In Nathan's spare time, he loves spending time with his kids!
Phil is extremely passionate about helping customers and giving them the best information that he can give to help them tackle their pest problems. You can trust Phil will treat your pest problem like it's his own. Phil comes with a special background in tackling our bird control cases and we couldn't be happier he's on our team.
In Phil's spare time he likes surfing, traveling, and going on road trips! You can make Phil's day by sharing your favourite places to surf.

Rhianne is an important member of the Bundilla Pest Control team, primarily looking after our body corporate customers, providing the best possible customer service you could ask for! We would be lost without Rhianne and her two dachshunds, Bowie and Hampton.
In Rhianne's spare time, she loves a good puzzle - what's the most difficult puzzle you've tackled?
Ryan is a customer-orientated, yet jovial person. He comes from a hospitality background, which has given him great customer service skills. Ryan gets great pleasure from doing the best job possible for his customers and is always looking for ways to improve our services here at Bundilla Pest Control.
In his spare time, Ryan like to take out his classic car for a drive, and get out of town. Being a chef for many years, he is now enjoying cooking for passion rather than for work.
Shane is a dedicated and hard working person with fantastic attention to detail. He spent a number of years in the Australian Army, where his dedication and aptitude resulted in him being awarded the Soldier of the Year. After seeking a change in careers, we're now lucky enough to have him in the Bundilla team.
In his spare time, Shane loves to run and take in the North Brisbane scenery.

Steph has been in the customer service industry for over 10 years with previous experience in real estate - this really speaks for her amazing people skills! You can trust Steph to get you sorted all out with the best technician to tackle your pest problem.
Steph is a lover of all foods (no picky eater here!) and in her spare time she collects pop vinyls - name a vinyl and we'll see whether or not she already owns it!

Steve has been with BPC since 1995. He is our longest standing team member, and our most experienced carpet & upholstery cleaner. Steve has many of his own loyal customers who can get quite upset when we ‘didn't send Steve'! This is a testament to the relationships he builds and the service he provides.

Susan's father Geoff Walker purchased Bundilla Pest Control in 1985. A few years later Susan and Trevor Rheinberger took over the business and have owned and run the business ever since. Susan does the admin work and looks after our body corporate customers. She is very big on customer service and looking after our long standing customers.
In her spare time, she loves to play tennis and be with her family.

Just like her fellow team member, Steph, Taya has been in the customer service industry for close to 10 years! It's like Taya can connect with our customers as much as the pests she helps them tackle.
In Taya's spare time, she loves doing DIY projects with her husband and reading a good book. You can make her day by recommending your favourite book!
