Alan Cafiero leads the largest team of investment sales agents in the New Jersey Marcus & Millichap office who focus on representing owners and developers in the disposition of commercial real estate assets. Alan specializes in selling net lease properties, retail shopping centers, office and industrial properties in New Jersey and the Northeast. After 15+ years in the business, Alan has closed over 525 transactions totaling over $2.5 Billion of real estate. Alan graduated from Seton Hall University in 2004 with a B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and Sports Management. Alan and Ben are the top performing team for Marcus & Millichap in New Jersey. Alan has received Sales Recognition Awards each year from 2011 - 2022, the National Achievement Award each year from 2015 - 2022, and received the Chairman's Circle of Excellence Award in 2021 and 2022. Alan has twice been named to Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal's Top 40 under 40. Alan is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and NAIOP. In his free time, Alan enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with his wife (Kristie), and three children (Aubree, Brennan & Camryn).

With his experience in a wide variety of commercial product types, office, retail, industrial, land, and multi-family, Ben joined Marcus & Millichap to focus on investment property sales. He has been responsible for selling and leasing well over $800 million dollars in commercial real estate transactions during his 16+ years with the New Jersey Office. He has earned a number of distinctions and has been elevated to Vice President Investments and Driector Net Leased Properties Group at Marcus & Millichap.

Brent Hyldahl is a retail, medical/office, mixed-use and net-leased specialist representing the National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group of Marcus and Millichap. Brent exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the region, and acts in accord with the company-wide mission to help clients create and preserve wealth by providing the best real estate investment sales, financing, research and advisory services available. He works with both sell-side and buy-side clients, representing 1031 exchange buyers, private investors, and private owners. Brent closed over $100 Million worth of real estate within his first 4 years at Marcus and Millichap. He attended Ramapo College where he earned his Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Business Economics.

Additionally, they provide access to buyers and opportunities nationwide, a benefit they bring to every client on every assignment. Mark graduated from Binghamton University with an MBA degree and a BA degree in Economics.
Matt Leszyk exclusively represents commercial real estate investors in the Hudson Valley region and into Connecticut around the I-95 corridor. Matt brings a variety of experience to the team and he is focused on advising investors regarding their long-term objectives and identifying retail and triple net lease investment opportunities. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Matt served as general counsel for an alternative investment fund manager and a registered broker dealer. Over 20 years, Matt has worked in varying legal and operational capacities at financial institutions and private law practice. Matt's legal background includes serving as counsel to a local bank on commercial loan transactions as well as negotiating for and representing buyers' and sellers' best interests in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Matt received a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. from the University of Rochester with majors in Economics and Japanese. He is an attorney licensed in New York and New Jersey. Matt is an avid sports enthusiast and has a passion for home improvement projects. He resides in Essex County with his wife and three boys.
