Me Elcea is a member of the Bar of Port au Prince. He has been registered with the Bar Association since April 3, 2009; and together with other colleagues, he opened the law firm "Gold Balance" in the early 2010s. Also, wanting to serve as many people as possible, Me Clermond Elcéa, decided to launch this year the " Cabinet Elcéa Et Associés ", a law firm that wants to be at the forefront of technology and a bridge connecting Haiti, the Haitian diaspora and the international community.
