Osvaldo Ostermann - COO

Osvaldo has been managing research & development, marketing and sales for enterprise applications in the financial industry in Europe and North America. He helped to build up a software startup (called Alnova Technologies) leading the global sales and alliances department. He has been also a strategic and innovation consultant for large European corporations in these last years. Both founders noted early that Software-as-a-Service would make a large impact to the software industry and therefore they created Calvi Systems

Selma Ostermann - CEO

Selma acquired her knowledge on business applications by working for over two decades with large enterprise clients in Europe. In the first years of her career she used to manage the implementation of large systems and then moved to large account sales and consulting. Additionally, and based on her experience, Selma also teaches innovation and sales practices to European teams. Both founders noted early that Software-as-a-Service would make a large impact to the software industry and therefore they created Calvi Systems.
