Jason Colton - CFO

In his role, Jason Colton is responsible for overseeing RXHST's financial and accounting operations, including RXHST's capital markets activity and communication of financial results. Jason brings more than 20 years of experience in multiple facets of real estate including capital markets transactions, asset level and security level investing, corporate finance strategy, institutional equity raising and financial reporting. Prior to joining RXHST, Jason served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets and Investor Relations for Kite Realty Group Trust (KRG) where he was responsible for facilitating capital market transactions, developing corporate finance strategy, financial planning and analytics, and investor relations. Jason has also served as the Vice President of Development Finance and Treasurer at Great Wolf Resorts and has held leadership roles at Silverpath Capital Management, General Growth Properties (now part of Brookfield Asset Management) and Site Centers (formerly Developers Diversified Realty Trust). He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

Jesse Ostrow - Chief Investment Officer

As chief investment officer, Jesse Ostrow is responsible for shaping, managing and implementing RX Health and Science Trust's investment strategies. Jesse has more than 20 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking and consulting, and was previously chief investment officer at MedProperties Group, a medical real estate investment, development and operating platform, where he led the firm's property acquisition process, and managed transactions including sourcing capital, closing debt, and executing sales and recapitalizations. Jesse's career in real estate private equity, investment banking and consulting has provided him with experience across property sectors and geographic markets. He founded a boutique real estate investment consulting firm where he served as a Managing Principal and previously was a principal at Equibase Capital Group, a provider of mezzanine debt, preferred equity and joint venture equity to real estate sponsors. He also worked in the Investment Structuring Group at Security Capital Research & Management (now a subsidiary of J.P. Morgan Asset Management), where he analyzed real estate securities investments for the firm's private institutional fund. Jesse began his career as an investment banking analyst in the Real Estate Group at A.G. Edwards & Sons. Jesse earned a BBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Loriann Duffy - SVP

As senior vice president of property management, Loriann is responsible for leading the operations teams for RX Health and Science Trust's medical office and life sciences portfolio and is focused on driving value to the bottom line through strategic financial oversight and the creation of operational efficiencies. Loriann's responsibilities include the management of tenant relationships, vendor agreements, staffing and establishing key performance metrics across the portfolio. Prior to joining RXHST, Loriann served as director of property operations at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where she was responsible for all aspects of operations and financial reporting for medical office buildings and parking for its entire portfolio of leased, owned and newly developed on-campus and outpatient facilities throughout the state of Illinois. Loriann also previously served as a general manager with Hines, where she was responsible for all aspects of operations and reporting for a 1.3 million square foot office property which included the highest valued asset per square foot in Chicago. Loriann has led teams that have won the Building Owners and Manager Association's (BOMA) The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award. She has also received a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMA and is a licensed real estate broker. Loriann earned a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Illinois State University.

Russell Brenner - President

As president, Russell Brenner is responsible for the vision and growth of RX Health and Science Trust. Russell brings more than 25 years of real estate investment, finance and operational experience to RXHST, having led the acquisition, development and leasing of more than 8 million square feet of commercial real estate, including hospital-anchored medical office buildings and ambulatory surgery centers across the U.S. Prior to joining RXHST, Russell was partner with Stage Equity Partners, a Chicago-based healthcare real estate investment company, where he co-managed investment strategy and operations of a national medical office portfolio. Previously, Russell served as senior principal at Syndicated Equities, a national real estate private equity firm, where he led investment sales and capital raising efforts for each of the firm's investment vehicles across sectors. Russell began his career as senior director, office leasing and investment sales for Insignia/ESG (now CBRE). Russell earned a BA (with Honors) in English Language and Literature from Tufts University, volunteers as a Real Estate Mentor for young professionals via the Harold Eisenberg Foundation and held a variety of leadership roles within JUF's Real Estate Division.
