I learned of Charlotte from watching her sell my mother's neighbor's home. We were amazed how quickly she sold the property. So, when it came time to sell my house, I knew who to call. A couple of months ago, I became interested in a few homes in downtown Fredericksburg. Although I was happy in my house in Beauclaire Plantation I thought if the right house comes along why not express interest.
