OLIVIER - Key Persons

Olivier de Jong has over 25 years of experience as an interim manager and independent consultant.

In this period at Thomas Cook N.V. (International leisure service), Dutch Antilles Express (International Airline), Hissey, Kientz & Herron (law practice), Ernst & Young (Advisory and Assurance service) and other companies he has held various senior management and leadership positions in general management, financial management, project management and business development. 
He has lead various merger and acquisition projects, in which both internal and external professionals participated. The positions were conducted in The Netherlands, Belgium, US, Curacao, Aruba, Bonaire, (former Netherlands Antilles), even though the work brought him to many European, North, South and Central America and the Caribbean.

 He is comfortable to interact on an Executive and Supervisory Board level, and is capable at both strategic and operational levels with an interest for business expansion.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and analytical ability. His management style is direct, dares to make decisions and can easily adapt to changing circumstances as well as a multicultural environment.

 He was a member of the Board of Supervisory Directors of Post Oak Bank NA, a private bank in Houston Texas.
