Adam Murphy

Adam Murphy is a seasoned project management professional with six years of experience in both commercial and residential construction. A graduate of Purdue University, Adam is known for his hardworking nature and ability to tackle unknown challenges head-on. He thrives in solving complex problems and navigating the ins and outs of large-scale projects. Adam has a passion for building strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and successful project delivery. His expertise lies in managing project complexities and delivering results that exceed client expectations. Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and pets. As a resident of downtown Indy, he lives near many of Compendium's projects, giving him a unique perspective and connection to the community he serves.

Mike Gilpatrick

Mike is a Project Manager whose strong background in construction allows him to facilitate the construction of our projects. His previous work experience as a framer, remodeler and business owner give him an excellent perspective of the vendor, contractor and client. Mike's strongest assets are his work ethic, easy going nature and approaching each project with the entire team in mind. Getting in front of details and finding solutions are both things that he prides himself on and keeps our projects running smoothly. Mike's abilities align well with Compendium as his goal is to deliver each project on schedule, on budget and at quality.

Tatum E. Hill

  • Principal at Compendium Group LLC
Tatum is a Principal at Compendium Group LLC and her main role is to ensure our clients receive the proper level of service during the build process. Her attention to detail and familiarity with building materials allow her to coordinate design intent, schedules and other information to vendors, trade partners and field supervision. Tatum obtained her bachelors and master's degree from IUPUI. She began her career in the governmental sector where she spent many years in education field, workforce development and the healthcare business. Her experience in managing multi-million dollar projects is a great asset to our clients as we seek to continually keep the full value of a project at the forefront of discussions.

Tony Stillwell

With over two decades in residential construction, Tony has risen through the ranks to become an experienced project manager, bringing hands-on expertise to every project. Starting as a laborer in 2001, he perfected his craft from the ground up, advancing to crew leader and successful business owner before transitioning to project management in 2015. Tony's comprehensive understanding of construction operations, coupled with his attention to detail, ensures that quality standards are consistently exceeded. His experience as both a craftsman and business owner gives him unique insight into project excellence and team leadership. Away from the construction site, Tony enjoys exploring open roads on his motorcycle, seeking tranquility while fishing, or immersing himself in other outdoor adventures.
