Debbie connects each customer with the staff member who can best help them solve their flooring needs. Her years of experience in the flooring industry have given her excellent skills in assessing needs and solving problems. Debbie also helps work teams to streamline the behind-the-scene processes that can make the difference between a stressful experience and a smooth, problem-free one.
Jennifer began her career in commercial flooring in 2003 and has since excelled at numerous facets of the business. Her experience includes varied scopes: from purchasing to warehouse management; job pricing/material cost negotiating to building contracts; submittals, logistics and closeout documentation to IT troubleshooting. Jennifer is also a skilled liaison to make sure any issue gets resolved promptly and accurately.

- Sales and Marketing Manager
Mike's industry experience includes 35 years in flooring distribution, manufacturing, and contracting. He spends time with each customer, whether they're an architect, designer, or commercial property owner, to help them select the flooring products that will best meet their performance expectations. Mike enjoys mentoring talented team members to help them reach their potential as well as better solve our customers' flooring needs.
Nathan has helped contractors, architects, designers, and property owners to bring their designs and vision to life since 1996. His projects have included hospitals and medical office buildings, movie theaters, corporate headquarters, and rental unit improvements. He has a keen eye for finding the best flooring solution for each customer's needs, and enjoys seeing projects through to a successful completion.
Nathan joined CFC in 2005 and continues to collaborate with our team with providing material takeoffs, product ordering and coordinating freight and logistics. His background in installation and estimating helps him to facilitate all phases of a project and ensures that it's completion is as efficient as possible, on budget and on time.

Rick consults with general contractors on their upcoming and current projects. He analyzes the best options for a customer's needs, including pricing, value-engineering, and planning for future projects. He has worked in the flooring industry since 1986 and joined CFC in 2006, where he is dedicated to quality control, efficient transportation of materials, and hassle-free project flow. Past corporate projects include hospitals, offices, and many car dealership sales floors. His retail projects include Victoria's Secret, Gap, Coach Handbags, and Starbucks.
Tami has been supporting CFC with her excellent accounting and office management skills since 2002. She crunches the numbers behind all of our A/R, A/P, job costing, payroll, insurance, collections, contracts, and liens. Tami has more than 30 years of experience in the administrative side of the contract flooring industry.
