An English graduate, Alison has twenty-one years experience of working as a Personal Assistant at CEO/MD/Director level. Originally from Cheshire, she began her career in London working in Marketing and PR Management before returning to the North West in 1998 where she gained further experience in Executive Recruitment and Management Consultancy.
Prior to the formation of Enterprise Cheshire and Warrington in 2011, Alison undertook senior PA roles at the Cheshire and Warrington Economic Alliance and the Enterprise Commission.
Alison is responsible for providing a professional support service to the Chief Executive.

Ana's educational background includes a BSc Honors in Psychology and an MBA at the University of Liverpool. She is multilingual - speaking four European languages. Ana has over 20 years of experience in international business in the manufacturing/industry sector; including ten years of field experience working at senior level for a multinational in China.
In her previous roles Ana has had a wide range of different positions in different companies working all over the world; particularly in emerging countries such as China, north and south Asia, India, North Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.
Ana has wide experience working and travelling in a complex, global environment and she is a highly skilled professional in recognizing market trends and business gaps, implementing marketing and supply chain strategies, understanding and analysing the competitive landscape, as well as implementing new strategies, trade procedures from ideation through to global commercialization.
For the past few years, Ana has been involved delivering projects for the British Government providing support to local SMEs and Start-Ups.
Ana is responsible for managing inward investment within Enterprise Cheshire and Warrington.

Cristian leads the team at Marketing Cheshire.
Previously Cristian led internal and external communications, reputation management and public affairs at Staffordshire County Council and was part of the Staffordshire County Council team that last year won the prestigious Communications Team of the Year at the comms2point0 Unawards. The ex-journalist has worked in local government communications for 17 years and also as a peer reviewer for the Local Government Association. In his role at Staffordshire County Council, Cristian also launched the We Are Staffordshire place marketing partnership which spearheaded promotion and marketing of the county as a prime location and was shortlisted for City Nation Place international place brand of the year in 2022.
David leads the executive team of the NP11, the business-led voice for the North of England.
Fiona is responsible for the management, co-ordination and delivery of corporate events for Enterprise Cheshire and Warrington and Marketing Cheshire.

Before joining the Pledge as an Enterprise Coordinator in September 2022 Karen worked in Secondary Education for 10 years.
She taught Computer Science, Enterprise and Business; and led on careers and enterprise helping students to be better equipped to progress onto their best next step. Karen also served in the Royal Navy for several years and then moved into the voluntary sector working for Young Enterprise. She has a wealth of work experience that will impact on the schools and colleges she's supporting throughout Cheshire and Warrington.

Melissa is responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of the Economic Strategy for Cheshire & Warrington and has lead responsibility for public affairs and sustainability.
She oversees work to deliver the new sustainable and inclusive economic plan which includes developing the evidence base, identifying policy and investment priorities, and influencing and co-creating with external organisations that have a role in delivering the Strategy. Melissa also leads on a number of Cheshire and Warrington Leaders' Board priorities including the delivery of a cross-sector Commission on sustainable and inclusive growth; the development, consultation and planning for a Fair Employment Charter; and the development and delivery of the Net Zero programme, affiliated with the UK Government Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. Melissa has over 20 years' experience in local and regional economic development and has worked in policy and delivery roles across the academic, public and community sectors prior to joining Enterprise Cheshire and Warrington.

Paul's business journey began in the 1980's founding a company building computers and progressing to network design and information security consultancy. He also found time along the way to start, grow and sell a successful scuba-diving business and be a shareholder in a manufacturing company.
For the past 15 years, Paul has been involved in helping other businesses, working extensively on the regeneration of the Speke & Garston areas of South Liverpool and on several business- support projects across the Cheshire and Warrington area.

Phillippa has worked for Marketing Cheshire for 15 years. Her main responsibilities include managing ecomms for Marketing Cheshire and Enterprise Cheshire and Warrington and running digital campaigns for our Marketing Cheshire partners.

Roderick is a Pledge Facilitator for Chester and Ellesmere Port, helping to bring employers to work with schools to inform and inspire young people about careers and opportunities locally and get them work ready.
Roderick has worked in museums and further education, and is experienced in informal education, careers, outreach and STEM communication, and provides that support to businesses across Cheshire and Warrington as part of the Pledge team in addition to focusing on his local region.

Roy is responsible for the work programme to maintain and update the Transport Strategy and action plans.
Roy is responsible for co-ordinating the work with the three local authorities to maintain and update the Sub-Regional Transport Strategy, and to support the development of the Sustainable and Inclusive Economic Plan (SIEP). The work includes developing the evidence base, identifying investment priorities, assisting with the development of associated action plans and influencing external organisations that have a role in delivering the Transport Strategy.
Sharon is PA to the Marketing Cheshire MD and joined the team in 2009. Sharon has worked as a PA for over 15 years and has a hotel industry background.
Sharon is responsible for providing a professional support service to Marketing Cheshire's MD and the Marketing Cheshire board.

Stacey is part of the Skills Hub team at the LEP, working with both educational institutions and employers to help inspire and inform on careers.
Stacey joined the Pledge team as an Enterprise Coordinator for Crewe and Nantwich in May 2019. Alongside this Stacey also specialises in curriculum development and quality improvement within the Further Education sector.
Stacey has previously been an Assistant Director within a large Further Education college and prior to that, worked within secondary education and the private sector with looked after children.
Stacey is helping schools and colleges in Crewe and Nantwich to improve their careers and enterprise activities.
Steve works with Jocelyn helping to manage the day-to-day finance within Enterprise Cheshire and Warrington and Marketing Cheshire.
