Alyssa Davis joined our CoxHollidaYoung team as a Staff Accountant in December 2019. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Shepherd University in May 2018. Alyssa is in the process of earning additional college education and credits for the preparation of achieving the Certified Public Account qualification and thereafter plans to sit for the exam. In her spare time, Alyssa enjoys reading novels, spending time with family, and watching videos. Alyssa Davis is not affiliated with Founders Financial Securities, LLC.

Amber Taylor joined our CHY team as a Staff Accountant in September 2019. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA, where she graduated with honors. Amber is a Certified Public Accountant.
Amber was raised in Central, LA and currently resides in Berkeley County WV with her husband and children. Prior to becoming an accountant, she was a math teacher for grades junior high to college. Her hobbies include running, reading, and crafts. Amber Taylor is not affiliated with Founders Financial Securities, LLC.
Catherine Sullivan is a graduate of Shepherd University and has over twenty years of combined experience in public and industry accounting . She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in West Virginia and Virginia. Catherine specializes in audit and tax services.

Charli Heilmann has a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Shepherd University and is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Maryland. She has 8 years of audit experience in a variety of industries, including but not limited to, non-profit, local government, and non-public companies. She is also QuickBooks Online Certified.
Charli is a Martinsburg, WV transplant from Ripley, WV, where she was raised. She serves on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee of Washington County, MD Historical Society. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, reading, aviation and spending time with her husband and three hound dogs.

Chuck is the firm's accounting and assurance partner. He has over 25 years of public accounting, auditing and tax experience. Chuck has extensive experience with for profit and non- profit organizations including governmental entities. His experience includes real estate developments, hospitality, recreational industries and several governmental entities. In addition to the traditional accounting and auditing services, Chuck provides various income tax compliance, planning and representation services for the firm's clients. He has also assisted the firm in preparing utility rate analysis and assisted governmental and non-profit boards compliance with various regulatory authorities.
Chuck is currently member of the AICPA and Virginia Society of CPA's.

Clyde Young joined our CoxHollidaYoung PLLC team ten years ago after earning degrees in Accounting & Business Administration from Shepherd University. He is a Business Solutions Partner/Certified Public Accountant and specializes in tax and small business. He also works with assurance engagements.
A few words to describe Clyde are enthusiastic, focused, and ambitious. He explores new strategies and techniques to save clients time and money. Clyde has a keen interest in our community. He is a graduate of the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce 2015-16 Leadership Berkeley program.
Originally from Knoxville, Maryland, Clyde now resides in Charles Town, WV. In his spare time, Clyde likes to golf, tinker with cars, work out at the gym, and tour vineyards. Mostly he enjoys spending time with his wife and sons.

Erin Schenzel joined our CHY team as a Firm Administrator . She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from West Virginia Wesleyan College where she graduated with honors, and minored in Economics and Computer Science.
Erin was raised in rural West Virginia and currently resides in Berkeley County WV with her husband, Jack, and children, Aidan and Micah. Erin served as an accountant for Enterprise Rent-A-Car before becoming a stay-at-home mother. She re-entered the workforce as a substitute teacher before rejoining the accounting sector. Lynn Walker started working in accounting in the early 90's in the private sector and then moved to the non-profit and governmental industry in 2002. She has an associates degree in business. Lynn is a life time resident of Berkeley County and graduated from Martinsburg High School. In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach, water skiing, scuba diving and paddle boarding. If she is not working she is either spending time with her grand children or her dog. Lynn Walker is not affiliated with Founders Financial Securities, LLC.

Nicole Smith came to CoxHollidaYoung PLLC through a temporary agency in July 2017 as a Client Relationship Specialist/Accounting Clerk. She did such an amazing job that we had to make her a permanent addition to our team.
Nicole is a Maryland native who brings 20 years of customer service and account management experience. She has served in a variety of industries: auto and health insurance, account receivables, collections, and mortgage servicing. Her hobbies include raising two super cute spoiled cats, singing karaoke, and PC gaming.
