Headed by Chris Redmond he has the strong foundations of qualifications including a degree in Sports Studies, qualifications in Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning along with many other supplementary qualifications ensuring that he is always at the forefront of the industry... We will listen to your needs, support you when support is needed and help you as much as he can to ensure that you achieve what you are setting out to achieve. The key thing to remember is that your session fee doesn't just include an hours exercise. Years and years or practice and experience and thousands of pounds of education is put in to that hour, we've created the perfect breeding ground for your running success!...
