Chris Graham

Chris joined Claymore Advisory in 2015 and has over 30 years' experience in banking and finance. Chris brings to the team strong capital markets and securitisation skills and experiences, particularly in the non-conforming mortgage arena. Chris has extensive experience in cashflow modelling mortgage portfolios and sizing the required credit support. Chris's diverse experiences has come through working at some of the globally recognised banks and investment houses. Key roles were at JP Morgan working across a range of debt capital markets and treasury roles, NatWest working in the structured finance area, specifically on mortgage, hospital, power station and single building assets, Head of the structured finance division of Basis Capital, specialising in the securitisation of non-conforming mortgages. Over the last 6 years Chris has been a trusted financial consultant to a range of companies. Qualifications Bachelor of Commerce/Law (University of New South Wales).

Edward Mytkowski

Eddie has over 25 years of experience in equity investments, banking and finance, both within Australia and internationally. Eddie's experiences come from many years of designing, advising on, and implementing structured and project finance solutions to meet the needs of clients across a broad range of industries and project types. These solutions include asset-based financing, project and limited recourse debt financing, and capital and balance sheet optimisation for clients in the mining, transport (shipping, aviation and rail), manufacturing, motor vehicle, telecommunication and IT/technology sectors. Eddie has advised Keolis with their involvement in the successful GoldLinQ consortium PPP transaction for the Gold Coast Rapid Transit Project and recently advising the Balfour Beatty Investments lead consortium for the University of Wollongong student accommodation portfolio project. Qualifications Bachelor of Economics University of Sydney, Fellow Australia Society of CPAs and Taxation Institute of Australia.

John McGhee

John joined Claymore Advisory in 2015 and has over 20 years' experience in banking and finance following a wide ranging career encompassing institutional banking, pure debt, leveraged leasing, listed and unlisted equity investment, private capital and funds management. John's early career was spent at the Commonwealth Bank in its institutional banking division followed by over 10 years with the Allco Finance Group. Most recently John was a director of the asset finance division of Wingate Group, a Melbourne based investment banking business. Qualifications Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment (Securities Institute of Australia), Bachelor of Economics (University of Sydney).

Robert Bucci

Robert joined Claymore in 2013 and is a founder of Globex Finance, an Australian Financial Services licensee. Robert's banking and finance experience spans over twenty years, across a wide range of commercial and investment banking disciplines, and most recently as a principal and key strategist in the creation, development and management of high growth SME's. Key skill sets include leadership and project management, the application of strategic thinking to complex business problems, clear and committed decision making, financial management, corporate structuring and compliance capabilities together with operational and financial risk management. Robert has broad domestic and international banking experience initially with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and subsequently with global investment banks Deutsche Bank Australia and UBS Warburg. Qualifications Master of Applied Finance (Macquarie University), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment (Securities Institute of Australia) and a Bachelor of Business (University of Technology, Sydney).

Theo West

With over ten years of experience of both service and transaction side financial modelling, Theo West has provided financial modelling services to both very large financial and corporate entities, but also to boutique entities worldwide. Theo initially worked in high end foreign exchange consultancy and business turn-around management, before moving to London to work in both a boutique private equity investment house, SISU Capital, and latterly, on large cap fund transactions with AMP Capital Infrastructure funds. In both positions Theo worked as the head modeller for transactions and additionally the operational monitoring of acquired assets. Theo also pursued a career on the services side of the industry and worked first as Head Modeller for Scenario Financial Modelling before joining Navigator Project Finance as Director Europe in 2010 where he was tasked with starting up a London office for this successful Australian modelling house, and then after moving to Sydney in 2012 as an Associate Director at Corality Financial Group. Qualifications Bachelor Arts/Economics (Hons) (University of Liverpool, UK).
