Club Ventures provides a wide range of consulting and management services to private club owners and boards. It is our philosophy to customize services and limit them to what will be most productive rather than only offering comprehensive management agreements which can be cost prohibitive and less effective. Club Ventures works wth owners and members as part of their team to help navigate a challenging operational environment... Club Ventures can also help private clubs work through significant financial issues in the most productive manner possible. In connection with a long-term lease or service agreement, the Company may also be able to directly fund capital investments and/or reduce debt obligations. Club Ventures will also invest in club ownership positions when it results in a very clear mutually beneficial relationship for the members and the Company.
