Aurelia Morales has fifteen years of experience at Cleveland Healthcare Center as an Environmental Supervisor.
She looks forward to many more years here with whom she calls her second family. "This is the best job I have ever had", she says when asked about her job.
Aurelia is a proud mother of three lovely children, Oscar 20, Arely 19, and Nathan 14 years old. She is happily married to Oscar Morales. She enjoys spending time traveling with her family.

Bailey Thrasher-Jarvis is the Director of Marketing and Admissions for Cleveland Health Care Center. She will ensure that your loved ones get the best continuity of care from the hospital or home to our facility. Bailey is from Tomball, TX and graduated from West Texas A&M with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science in 2022 and is obtaining a Master's Level Degree from West Texas A&M in Business Administration.
When Bailey is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs at the lake fishing, or being outside.
Becky is passionate about serving her community and ensuring that every day is a good day for her residents. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the lake and the beach with her family.
Christine has been with Cleveland Health Care Center for seven years. In her role, she works closely with families and the residents to secure financial arrangements for care in the skilled nursing setting and into long-term care. Her residents hold a special place in her heart and she hopes to serve them for many years to come.
Heather Murphy was born in deep south Texas. She started her role in healthcare as a medical assistant and then obtained LVN followed by RN/BSN.
Heather has been at Cleveland Healthcare Center for the last two years. Heather started at CHCC as a treatment nurse two years ago and is now the Director of Nursing.
When not at work, Heather loves doing outdoor activities, hunting, off-roading, camping, and traveling with her family. Heather is also a first-time mother to an infant and she is also a fur-mama, has two loving dachshunds.
As a nurse, Heather enjoys working with the geriatric population and meeting the families.
John is the maintenance director at Cleveland Health Care Center. He enjoys that his job enables him to interact with the residents and the staff daily. He takes a lot of pride in maintaining the building to look and feel like a home for our residents. John looks forward to many more years with Cleveland Health Care Center.

Maria P. Brown is Texas native raised in La. She graduated from La. High school and started her nursing career years later. She graduated from nursing school at Kilgore College and specialized in geriatrics.
She began working for Cleveland Healthcare Center in 2021 where she previously served as a facility wound-certified treatment nurse. She takes pride in healing wounds and maintaining resident's skin wound free.
Maria is a mother of four and enjoys making memories with her kids and grandbabies.
Melissa coordinates a wide range of activities for our residents, including arts and crafts, entertainment, parties, and community outings. She believes that we make the most of our lives through activities. Melissa is a happily married mother of two boys. She enjoys spending time with her family, and our residents have become her family too!
Tamra graduated from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. She has been in healthcare since 2016 and has been at Cleveland Healthcare Center since January 2023.
She previously oversaw Conroe Health Care Center as the administrator since 2018, where she helped lead quality outcomes in care. During her tenure, Conroe Health Care Center received a deficiency-free annual survey and was recognized as a 4-star facility through the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS).
After her grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease, Tamra decided it was her calling to serve the geriatric population and has since become a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
She lives in Livingston, TX, with her husband, son, and 3 bonus children. She enjoys bass fishing, traveling, and spending time with her family and squirrel dog, Cabella.
