Bennet Goldberg serves on Cloud Court Inc., Board of Directors, and is a senior advisor to the company. Mr. Goldberg brings to Cloud Court over 30 years of executive management experience. He has served as an advisor and board member for numerous early-stage companies, including Bustle (BDG Media), Inverse, Atlas LiftTech, GameOn Technology, ZyBooks, and Bleacher Report.

Dr. Milena Higgins serves as Cloud Court's Chief Technology Officer. She is a scientist (PhD, Physics) and a leader (MS in Management of Technology) who has been building legal tech solutions since 2001. Dr. Higgins brings to Cloud Court a deep and varied knowledge of data analytics, artificial intelligence, patent litigation, software development, project management, and 80's alternative music.
Joe Longtin serves as CloudCourt's Product Marketing Manager. A lifelong technology marketeer, he cut his teeth on niche software at Quest Software and X1 Discovery, as well as ERP, data warehousing, survey and assessment, and workforce management. Joe has led successful marketing teams through early growth and many transitions. He enjoys using the Pragmatic Marketing framework and methodology.
Michael Okerlund serves as Cloud Court's CEO. He started his career as a patent litigation attorney litigating for and against some of the largest companies in the world. He then moved in-house to serve as the general counsel of several public and private companies. A veteran of hundreds of litigation cases, he's developed strong opinions regarding how technology can radically improve the way attorneys prepare for, take and defend depositions.
Norman Taple - Chief Legal Officer, Founder
Norman Taple is a Founder of Cloud Court and serves as our General Counsel and Board Chair. Norm is a serial entrepreneur and a former trial attorney, having previously served as a Partner at Best & Flanagan LLP, as the President and Founder of Katzman Monument Co., LLC, and as a President/Co-Founder of National Locker Systems, LLC. Norm concurrently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Gurstel Law Firm, P.C.
Paul Siegel serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Cloud Court. He is a seasoned executive, investor and serial entrepreneur. Paul previously served as a Division President of Core-Mark International, as the Vice President/Co-Founder of National Locker Systems, LLC, and as the CFO of a national law firm.
