Boasts over 24 years of design experience in projects, with expertise in strategic planning, design team oversight, coordinating design and estimates throughout construction. Nathan brings 25 years of industry experience, with 20 years at CME Construction, including 12 years in the current role.

Ryan has been a part of the construction industry since 1999, with extensive experience in managing diverse projects across the Midwest. With 22 years at CME Construction and 8 years in his current role, Ryan brings valuable expertise in estimating, project management, and business development to continually foster CME's growth.
Associate's in Business Administration from Bradford School, studies in Computer Science at Otterbein University. OSHA 30 Certified. With 5 years in the construction industry, all spent at CME Construction in her current role. Brings over 20 years of experience in IT and more than 7 years in HR.
