Craig Riha is a senior associate with CMF. Craig has a decade of experience in successfully defending stock brokerage firms and individual brokers in FINRA arbitrations and has dealt with every conceivable type of sales practice case/violation throughout the United States. Craig also represents clients in disciplinary proceedings brought by FINRA, SRO investigations, expungement proceedings, compensation and severance disputes, and all manner of securities and general litigation before State and Federal Courts. Craig is a legal tactician who creatively designs strategies to accomplish client goals in the most efficient manner possible.

David M. Blumenthal is the Managing Partner of the Firm and a member of the Firm's Corporate Transactional, Litigation & ADR, Licensing & Intellectual Property, and a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. Previously, Mr. Blumenthal was a member of the Executive Committee of Robinson Brog and former managing partner of Schekter Rishty Goldstein & Blumenthal, P.C., a midtown law firm which merged its practice into Robinson Brog.
Jeffrey A. Koeppel serves as Counsel to Carmel, Milazzo & Feil, LLP, with a concentration in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance and corporate financings. Prior to joining the Firm, Jeff was Of Counsel to the Law Offices of Kirk Halpin & Associates, P.A., Clarksville, Maryland, and until the firm dissolved in 2013, a Partner with the corporate/banking/securities boutique law firm of Elias, Matz, Tiernan & Herrick LLP in Washington, D.C. Prior to EMTH, he spent three years as a Senior Branch Attorney - Adviser in the Division of Corporate Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Olivia Huang is a litigation associate at Carmel, Milazzo& Feil, LLP ("CMF") where she represents public and private companies in securities and complex corporate litigation, spanning all aspects of pleadings, discovery, and appeal. Ms. Huang's practice encompasses in a wide range of subject matter areas, including shareholder disputes, derivative claims, claims for breach of contract, professional malpractice actions, employment law class actions, and tortious interference matters.
Ryan is an associate in the firm's commercial litigation and securities arbitration departments.
