Char Miller, founder of HR with a Heart, is a human resources consultant, business owner, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Rocky Mountain Health Advocates. She left the corporate world in 2016 when hit with multiple life-changing events and no support from her "heartless" HR team, and set out to re-create a whole new corporate world. She established "HR with a Heart" to help people navigate HR from the inside out and provide career coaching. Heather Hormell

Heather Hormell is an expert in compensation, system implementation and data integrity and analytics. She works with small to medium sized businesses with 300 to 5,000 employees. She helps them by adding structure to their job architecture, developing and implementing streamlined processes that enhance data integrity, guiding them in system selection, overseeing system implementation, and determining pay structures through market analysis and internal equity evaluation. She sources relevant market surveys to use for competitive compensation analysis and provides expertise to clients.
