Hensley Foster has been CEO of Stonehouse Water Technologies, LLC since inception. He has over 40 years of experience in corporate leadership positions. He started his career at Santone Industries as Chief Industrial Engineer from 1965 to 1970; then was elected president of the Santone Engineering and Management Services Inc. from 1970 to 1973; Vice President of Jack Winter, Inc. 1973-1980; Vice President of Allied Computer Group, 1982-1995; President of Alliance Technology, Inc., 1985 to 2000. He is the managing trustee for four outside domestic trusts, one foreign trust, and is President of Sadie Foster Foundation Inc. a private foundation. Mr. Foster has been granted several patents. He earned his BS degree in industrial engineering from the University of Florida in 1963.

Jeff Hart is currently president of the Hart Firm, a management consulting firm that specializes in sales and marketing, channel development, strategic partnerships, and strategic execution for both early-stage companies and global conglomerates. Recently, he has worked on projects for Foxconn, Wanxiang America, FUELL, Inc., J. Michael Consulting, Quigistics Inc., and Community Water Services. Mr. Hart earned his B.A. degree from Emory University and J.D. and M.B.A. from Valparaiso University School of Law, and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, respectively. He was a former division president of Manpower Inc. and part owner of an international logistics company with broad experience in operations, sales and marketing, legal/risk management, and management consulting. Jeff has served on the Boards of numerous companies including "green" manufacturing, HR solutions, Healthcare IT, and non-profit Industries. Jeff served as part owner and VP, NA of Sales for CPC Logistics, Inc., where he was responsible for sales and marketing to numerous Fortune 500 clients including P&G, Honda, Walgreens, Cooper Tire, and Baker Hughes. He has served as President of Transpersonnel, Inc., a division of Manpower Inc.'s transportation staffing division.

For over 20 years Larry has been the stimulus behind the changes witnessed in housing renovation and environmental remediation, and has worked to ensure environmental equity and restoration in historically disinvested communities. He has brought attention and value to blighted and undervalued properties. He not only helps renovate homes in his community, he is also an innovator with a track record to resolve environmental issues. Larry has repurposed over 14 vacant clay soiled lots into high yield gardens producing enough food to take to two local markets. In 2000 Larry and his wife Sharon founded Walnut Way Conservation Corporation which has grown into a transformed neighborhood campus where neighbors, school children, and growers interested in nutrition come to learn and share. He has received numerous recognitions, including the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago's Community First Award, the Mayor's Design Award, the Local Initiative Support Corporation's People's Choice Award, and received an Honorary Doctorate in Humanity from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He was a member of a soil testing project led by the Milwaukee Health Department which was recognized as a promising practice by NACCHO. Larry is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Dr. Moe is a well-known, published Water expert and a passionate technology innovator who is recognized by American Water Association, World Health Organization (WHO) and International Water Association (IWA). Throughout his career, he led and executed numerous state of the art Water projects for the Federal governments (EPA, NIEHS, Military, DOI, DOE); State Governments (AZ, TX, LA, CA, NV, MO, NM, WY, CO,) as well as fortune 500 companies such as Intel, ConocoPhillips, and BP. He is a recipient of 15 Distinguished Awards related to Water projects around the world and often Invited to speak in water and technology conferences. Previously, he served as technical adviser to Water Conditioning and Purification (WC&P) magazine. In 2005, he founded Africa Children's Charity (ACC), a nonprofit organization headquartered in Tucson, Arizona. ACC's mission is to take in abandoned street children and provide for their food and shelter, education, spiritual, family nurturing and medical care including HIV treatment. Before joining Stonehouse, he served as President and Chief Technology Officer for FWM Technologies. Moe has obtained three degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (BSc), and a Masters and Doctorate degree in Engineering (MS, PhD) both from the University of Arizona.

Nancy earned a B.S. degree from the University of Vermont, and a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, specializing in Medical Sociology with research interests in the social determinants of health and the impact of public policies on population health outcomes. Relatively early in her career, Nancy worked at New York University, in the Health Policy and Management Program (in what is now the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service); collaborating in the creation of the Health Policy Research Program, and serving as its Deputy Director. At the University of Wisconsin-Madison, among other positions, she's worked as research manager for a number of grants, including multi-year, multi-institution projects funded by the Hartford Foundation and the National Institute on Aging. For a period of time in the early 2000s, she worked in the private sector; taking a position as program evaluator, grant-writer, and operating officer at Community Care Systems, Inc., a Madison-based company providing internet-distributed management software and consulting services to governmental entities providing wrap-around care systems for at-risk children and their families.

An engineer by trade, Rick has spent much of his career with Motorola, Inc. leading large-scale efforts to transfer emerging technologies from R&D to high volume manufacturing for commercial launch of consumer products. He has extensive experience in electronics manufacturing, quality systems implementation, and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. He established the specifications (design, decorating, and painting) for high throughput injection molded plastics used at multiple international manufacturing sites for a Fortune 100 Company. Rick is currently President of DMR International based out of Illinois. He has also held positions as a Technical Account Manager and Consultant of mechanical, electrical and optical components. Rick has 20 U.S. patents granted (8 pending) and numerous internal strategic trade secrets to his credit. He has developed and implemented technology that has shipped in more than 100 million consumer products world-wide.

Sharon Adams believes in the transformation power of collective action and conservation stewardship. In 2000 Sharon and her husband Larry founded Walnut Way Conservation Corporation, a community development corporation dedicated to economically diverse and environmentally sustainable neighborhoods. Sharon currently serves as a board member for the Department of Natural Resources; is a board member of Legacy Redevelopment Corporation, Walnut Way Conservation Corp., Siebert Foundation (emeritus), and MARKETPLACE BID 32 (President). She served as board advisor for the UW-College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
