Dr. Jeri Mason completed his general surgery training in Birmingham, AL and relocated to Asheville, NC in 2013. After working several years as a general surgeon, he decided to continue to advance in his professional growth and continued on to complete a cosmetic surgery fellowship at Southern Surgical Arts in Chattanooga, TN and is today board certified in cosmetic surgery.
"As a doctor, we all want to help people," he explains. "I felt like I also had an artistic eye that I wasn't really able to use as a general surgeon. Now I can help people feel better about themselves in a very rewarding specialty."
When patients see Dr. Mason, they can expect to be treated like family. "I never recommend anything I wouldn't also recommend to a family member," he says. "My patients and I spend a long time discussing the realistic possible outcomes from a surgery or procedure. I always make sure that we are on the same page."
Dr. Turner is a board-certified general surgeon with more than 10 years of experience performing a wide variety of abdominal, thoracic, and vascular surgeries including robotic surgery, thoracoscopic lobectomy for lung cancer, and carotid endarterectomy. Since joining the team at Complete Laser Clinic & Cosmetic Surgery Center, Dr. Turner focuses on cosmetic procedures such as liposuction, fat transfer, and abdominoplasty.
Graduating from the University of Mississippi Medical School with honors, Dr. Turner went onto practice general surgery residency at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, WA from 2002-2007. He continued in Hattiesburg, MS and Morganton, NC until joining Complete Laser Clinic in 2018. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr. Goen graduated with honors from Texas A&M College of Medicine in 1995. He completed his Family Medicine residency at the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center and became board certified in Family Medicine in 1999 before leaving to work at a rural hospital in Africa. He returned to the US and completed a Rural Medicine Fellowship at the Quillen College of Medicine in 2011. He serves as an associate clinical professor at ETSU and is a CLEA certified physician and medical director for Plasma Biological Services and a DOT Medical Examiner. Dr. Goen is a member of the American Association of Medical Review Officers and the Obesity Medicine Association.
In 2019, Dr. Goen joined the Complete Laser Clinic & Cosmetic Surgery Center team as medical director. He is passionate about weight loss, aesthetics and helping patients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals.
