Adeyanju Olomola, a Certified Coach, works with and supports Small Business Owners and individuals in corporate organisations who desire to or have made a leadership layer turn. Her niche is Business and Organisational Coaching. Prior to setting up her Coaching Practice, she worked in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry with over 18 years of diversified experience in Retail Sales, Service Delivery, Reputation Management, Community Relations, Incident Management & Crisis Resolution, Public Affairs and Corporate Communications.
She has built a reputation for creating and capturing value for customers and organizations through optimized service delivery and process standardization. Whilst in the corporate world, she prioritized talent identification and development evidenced by associates who moved to higher leadership roles.
She is an avid supporter and contributor to the education and well-being of less privileged Nigerian children and invests in their development working through and with various NGOs.
Adeyanju is a graduate of Industrial Chemistry from University of Ibadan, Nigeria and holds an MBA from Centre for Technology Policy in affliction with Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. She has attended business and leadership programs at IMD, Lausanne; Lagos Business School; Chartered Institute of Public Relations, UK as well as a slew of technical and soft skills training within The Coca-Cola System.

Annemarie has a 30+ years successful track record of developing leaders, teams and individual contributors around the globe. She started her career in consulting and expanded her portfolio to include leadership development, training and facilitation of complex organizational transformations. She is the co-founder of CoachingSchool Amsterdam who provides state of the art coach training and resources in The Netherlands. Annemarie inspires by bringing focus, challenge and a deep understanding of her clients to her work with leaders. She works globally from her base in Utrecht/The Netherlands.
Annemarie holds a Master's degree in Clinical & Industrial Psychology and a certificate in Rational Emotive Coaching and Counselling. She is an accredited Master Certified Coach (MCC) with ICF and a Master Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She is co-author of a well received book about coaching: "The 11 coach competencies in word and image" (title translated from Dutch), published in October 2016. She is mentor-coach, international assessor with ICF and president of ICF Netherlands. Her working languages are English, Dutch and German.
Edyta started her coaching career in 2002 becoming the second in Poland ICF certified coach in February 2006. She combines her leadership experience from 11 years of corporate career in management roles for Unilever, PepsiCola International and Johnson&Johnson, with 17 years of executive coaching. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, team effectiveness and conflict management. In her coaching work she skilfully blends tools and methods from various schools (CoachU, CTI, NLP) to help her clients reach their potential in the most effective way. Her clients appreciate her ability to quickly adapt to various company cultures, her relentless desire to identify the most critical factors needed for triggering successful change in leadership style and her approach to skilfully bringing teams to the next level of operating, particularly during the times of vast changes. In her work she uses a variety of individual and team diagnostic tools helping her clients to discover unseen potential. For the past 6 years she has been developing coaches and preparing them to work successfully with groups/teams. Karen is exactly the type of person you want at the head of any project - organised and efficient, but more importantly, warm, friendly and prepared to let the others feel they are in charge! She has been working in the coaching industry for over 10 years and almost as long for Corporate Potential. Her excellent organisational skills enable her to support Lisa and the rest of the team with the day to day running of the business but she has a far more important role than that. She is the glue that holds everything together, maintaining a clearsighted overview and being a welcoming and clarifying bridge between clients and the coaching team.

Kathi is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and has a background in talent management, leadership development and business process improvement.
Kathi has worked in companies such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Cummins, Eaton, and Honeywell. She has coached individuals at all levels: from individual contributor to CEO - and with teams - from production operators to C-suite leaders driving multi-billion dollar strategic plans. She specialises in helping her clients recognise the opportunities in change, challenge, and transition. She is particularly interested in building on her own experience living and working in eight countries on four continents to support her clients, and their families, to succeed in cross-cultural and international transitions.

Katie Harvey is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, an NLP practitioner, a qualified Coaching Supervisor and holds a BSc in Psychology. She has over 2500 hours of coaching experience both within corporations and with individuals and will be applying for Master Certified Coach accreditation in March of 2018. Katie trained with CoachU with whom she is now a designated Professional Mentor Coach, mentoring new students as they go through their training. She is passionate about standards in coaching and for that reason is on the Board of Directors for the UK ICF.

Vedat Erol completed his undergraduate studies in English Literature and Language department of Ankara University and earned a M.A. degree in Human Resources Management and Development from Marmara University. He also attended the Defense Institute of Texas, United States and upon his return to Turkey, he worked as an officer trainer in the Turkish Armed Forces. After his retirement he started to work in the private sector in high level managerial positions and as human resources coordinator. He works as a leadership trainer and executive leadership coach.
