Alessandro has a strong interest in design methods and approaches with a focus in sustainability and UX. During 2019 he has worked, as external consultant, on product development and technology integration for Cultifutura and in 2020 he joined the Corporate Hangar team.

She holds a MSc in Management and International Business and is specialised in Customer Experience. Federica holds a MSc in International Management at Bocconi University. Before joining Corporate Hangar, she worked as a Product Development Manager, contributing to the growth of the startup through travel portfolio analysis, enlargement, and optimization. Federica then took on the role of Senior Project Manager, aiming of transferring the acquired entrepreneurial, business development and bootstrap skills to external corporate or newly born startups. At Corporate Hangar, her work focuses on strategy and project management for the Advisory Division.
Flaminia is the junior agronomist of Cultifutura. She obtained an MSc in Agricultural Sciences in 2019 with an experimental thesis focused on plant pathology. She collaborated with the Agricultural Genetics research team at Università degli Studi di Milano, where she gained experience in managing laboratory trials and experimental tests. Flaminia has a strong interest in biotechnology, botany, and natural sciences and she is committed to putting her scientific background into finding solutions to improve agriculture. LinkedIn Close

Francesco is a physics engineer with a focus on Nanotechnologies and Nanophysics. He holds experience as CTO in startups, scaling physical products from prototypes to mass manufacturing. He enjoys the hands-on approach on technical aspects together with product development management. He takes care of both hardware and software development and integration, in parallel with electronics supply chain. He graduated from Politecnico di Milano with an experimental thesis on soft matter optical studies.

Freddy is a Business Developer of Alesea. Since 2018, he has been working closely with utilities around the world in supplying materials for their infrastructure. Freddy is passionate about Engineering and Economics, he believes that these are the disciplines that shape the world as we know it, so he is in constant research to foresee the next disruptive and feasible development that will change the way we live. Freddy has a BSc. Materials Engineering from the USB, in Caracas, Venezuela, and an MSc. Nanophysics and Advanced Materials from the UCM, in Madrid, Spain.
Gabriele studied International Business and Entrepreneurship at Liuc and Ieseg in Paris, obtaining a Master Double Degree in 2021. This allowed him to develop entrepreneurial thinking, and, in addition, he carried out several innovative projects. Before joining Corporate Hangar, he worked as an Analyst in Bip supporting clients within the Utilities and Gas sector. He's proactive and passionate about discovering new ideas.

Giovanni Berti is an entrepreneur, a consultant and a lecturer in strategy and entrepreneurship at SDA Bocconi School of Management. After graduating from Bocconi University with a master of science in management, he started his carrier in management consulting specializing in extraordinary operations. Here his work was focused in strategic planning and supporting client's M&A activities. After 3 years in consulting, he joined his family business, a leading company in the wine industry as business developer. In 2015, Giovanni attended the Master in Business Administration of SDA Bocconi. After the MBA, he joined the Claudio Demattè Research Division of SDA Bocconi and dedicate his research activity to strategic innovation. Giovanni's experience as a consultant gave him the ability to understand needs and structure problems. His experience as an entrepreneur made him pragmatic and solution oriented.
Irene is the agronomist for Corporate Hangar startup, Cultifutura. She has worked since 2017 in the agritech sector, and holds a MSc in agricultural sciences from Università degli Studi di Milano. She has experience in developing hydroponic solutions for the indoor cultivation market, especially focused on the control of growing parameters in automated growing systems. Kasra is a passionate Data Scientist known for a strong academic background and a knack for solving complex problems. Since 2015 he has worked in developing Amazon operations in Italy, before moving to Gruppo IREN, an Italian multy-utility company, where he led strategic digital transformation projects. Luca is a curious and determined person, always looking out for new opportunities to improve the way things are done. Markus Venzin is an expert on growth strategies with a focus on innovation and corporate entrepreneurship. Matteo is a curious and proactive engineer graduated in Materials and Nanotechnology engineering at Politecnico di Milano in 2018. He has an international working and studying experience developed between Italy, Belgium, France and Germany. Matteo has a broad professional background and experience on both, the corporate environment, where he's worked as a Quality and Reliability Engineer in the semiconductor industry, and in the start-ups as a consultant for technology scouting for multinational corporate clients. Nikolaos (Nik) holds a B.Sc. in International Finance and is currently pursuing a M.Sc. in Management of Innovation & Technology from Bocconi University. With international exposure from a young age, Nik has navigated various realms of the innovation ecosystem, ranging from early-stage startups to venture capital and scale-ups.
Formerly a part of the sales team at Revolut, in Alesea he is focusing on the execution of the growth strategy, incorporation of new tools and new feature development.

Roberto Candela (1970) received the Doctor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Palermo, Italy, in 1996. Since 1996 he's been working in the Research Group of Electrotechnics. He has successfully finished his Phd in Electrical Engineering at the same University. Since December 2004 he is a researcher at University of Palermo where teaches Basic Electrical Engineering and Electrotechnics and Foundations of Informatics. His main research interest is in the field of optimization methods for diagnosis in dielectrics material for high voltage application and development of technologies for the signals treatment and diagnosis of insulating system through partial discharges measurements. In 2006 he develops and patents a new sensor for measuring partial discharges in wireless mode that is on the base of Pry-Cam product range. Starting from 2012 he is CEO of EOSS Srl, a company of Prysmian group, responsible worldwide for energy asset management systems.

Srinivas ‘Srini' Siripurapu received his Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University USA. His graduate research focused on polymer blends and alloys, structure property relationships of polymers, polymer rheology, nanomaterials and supercritical fluids. Srini joined General Electric Company after graduating from NC State and held multiple roles of increasing responsibility in product development and technology innovation. He served as their Global Product Technology Manager for the Specialty Polycarbonates Business. While at GE, he completed his Design for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. He moved to General Cable Corporation and went on to serve as Vice President of Global Technology with responsibility for the Research & Development and Engineering functions of the company. Srini currently serves as Chief R&D Officer of Prysmian Group the world leader in the energy and telecom cable systems industry. In his current role he is responsible for the company's world wide R&D strategy, R&D talent development and Innovation pipeline. Srini has a proven track record of building high performance teams and successful customer driven innovations in Energy, Electrical Infrastructure, Communications, Automotive, Aerospace, Healthcare and Consumer Electronics market segments. Srini is active in industry organizations in North America as well as Europe and he mentors young scientists and engineers through these professional organizations. Srini is passionate about innovation and is an inventor on over 50 patent applications.
Stefano is an experienced Architect/Developer with a focus on micro-services and artificial intelligence-based computing solutions. Over the years, he has gained experience in sectors such as healthcare, industry, and business services, coordinating and developing innovative software for the companies he has worked at, including the Institute of Tropical Medicine in Antwerp, Berry Global, A&A. He holds a MSc in computer science from Ghent University, Belgium. At Alesea, Stefano holds the position of IT Analyst and Developer. Valeria holds a MSc in Management with a major in Corporate Finance at Bocconi University. Before joining Corporate Hangar, she was first Head of Sales and then international manager at Bocconi's Junior Enterprise (JEME). Valeria is passionate about sustainability and agritech, staying true to her family heritage of entrepreneurs in agrobusiness. Currently her work focuses on strategy and project management for the Advisory Division . Additionally, she is one of the founding members of Corporate Hangar startup Cultifutura.
Zahamara brings over 10 years of experience in international companies effectively supporting C-level and high-profile executives in a variety of industries including Finance and Energy. Zahamara blends business understanding and administrative duties with hands-on knowledge in customer service and operations support. She is reputable for developing, implementing, and communicating policies and objectives, handling unforeseen issues, and serving as a liaison to clients, internal staff, and external contacts.
