Job Titles:
- Director of Procurement & Logistic
Jimmy joined COENS in 2004 in the capacity of Service Manager and was promoted to the position of Procurement Team Leader in 2007. Mr. Kim was chosen in 2010 to create and develop a new division encompassing procurement and logistical services. During his time as Procurement Team Leader Mr. Kim was able to export these services to COENS operations in both China and Russia. Mr. Kim now Director of the Procurement & Logistics Teams globally has also taken on the challenge in developing a new technical service division.
Jimmy has more than 12 years' experience in the procurement and logistical field both in Korea as well as internationally.

Johnny joined COENS in 2002 in a duel capacity as Project Service Manager and Manpower Team Leader. In 2013, Mr. Choi was promoted to the position of International Development Manager, to develop new business opportunities outside of Korea and develop strategy for COENS global growth. During Mr. Choi's tenure as International Development Manager he opened new offices in Hong Kong and Houston, as well as expanded and developed COENS operations outside the borders of Korea. He has developed COENS into one of the largest manpower suppliers in both Myanmar and China. Johnny has more than 13 years' experience in the recruitment sector and was recently promoted to Director of Overseas Operations.
KJ joined COENS in 2014 as CFO. KJ has over 16 years' experience working for companies in various senior financial and commercial roles including working with Fortune 500 companies.

Steve joined COENS in 2002 as a Project Service Manager and became COO in 2013. He is responsible for leading our growth and establishing a number of offices to support consultants and clients in projects around the globe.
His main focus is developing COENS brand and business infrastructure, establishing capabilities and personnel to deliver our services globally.
Steve is also responsible for evolving and strengthening COENS existing partnerships and operations across the globe
YC Kim joined COENS in 2003 as the Team Lead of the Manpower Division before becoming CEO in 2013.
During his time at COENS, Mr. Kim has contributed his knowledge and leadership to make COENS the largest service and manpower supplier in Korea and eventually his goal is to make COENS the "world's best service provider in the oil & gas industry." He has over 13 years' experience working in the oil and gas sector
Mr. Lee a graduate of KAIST formerly known as the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology utilized his degree to gain experience within the finance industry. This knowledge enabled him to become Chairman of the Board of COENS in 2010 after becoming the majority shareholder.
He retains responsibility for running the board and takes a lead role in any merger and acquisition activity.
Mr. Lee has more than 10 years' experience in senior positions within the financial sector.
