Colonel Mathew Lennox

Colonel Lennox earned a commission as a Field Artillery Officer in 1997. His first operational assignment was in the 1st Calvary Division at Fort Hood, Texas. While there, he served as a Battery Fire Direction Officer, Firing Battery Platoon Leader, Troop Fire Support Officer, and Combat Observation and Lasing Team Platoon Leader. Following the Captains' Career Course, Colonel Lennox joined the 1st Infantry Division in Germany where he served as a Task Force Fire Support Officer (Kosovo) and an Assistant Operations Officer before taking command. He commanded two batteries: Delta, 1st Battalion, 7th Field Artillery (Rear Detachment) and Alpha, 1st Battalion, 7th Field Artillery. Colonel Lennox deployed to Iraq with Alpha Battery. Subsequently, he attended graduate school and served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Sciences at the United States Military Academy In 2011, Colonel Lennox moved to Fort Meade, Maryland and worked in the US Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM)/National Security Agency (NSA) Commander's Action Group. Soon after, he became the Aide to the Commander USCYBERCOM/ Director, NSA. In 2014, Colonel Lennox became a Team Lead for a National Mission Team within the CNMF. While a team lead, he transitioned to the Army's Cyber Branch. In 2016, Colonel Lennox moved to Fort Gordon, Georgia and spent one year as the Deputy J3 (Operations) at the Joint Force Headquarters - Army Cyber Command. He then commanded the 782nd Military Intelligence Battalion (Cyber) at Fort Gordon, Georgia. Following battalion command, Colonel Lennox attended the Army War College and then commanded the 780th Military Intelligence Brigade (Cyber) from July 2020 to June 2022. Colonel Lennox's civilian education includes a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University. He also holds a Master of Science in Information Security Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from the Army War College.

GEN Nakasone

GEN Nakasone has held command and staff positions across all levels of the Army with assignments in the United States, the Republic of Korea, Iraq, and Afghanistan. GEN Nakasone commanded the Cyber National Mission Force at U.S. Cyber Command. He has also commanded a company, battalion, and brigade, and served as the senior intelligence officer at the battalion, division and corps levels. GEN Nakasone has served in Joint and Army assignments in the United States, the Republic of Korea, Iraq, and Afghanistan. His most recent overseas posting was as the Director of Intelligence, J2, International Security Assistance Force Joint Command in Kabul, Afghanistan. GEN Nakasone has also served on two occasions as a staff officer on the Joint Chiefs of Staff. GEN Nakasone is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College, the Command and General Staff College, and Defense Intelligence College. He holds graduate degrees from the U.S. Army War College, the National Defense Intelligence College, and the University of Southern California. GEN Nakasone's awards and decorations include the Distinguished Service Medal (with oak leaf cluster), the Defense Superior Service Medal (with three oak leaf clusters), Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Defense Meritorious Service Medal (with oak leaf cluster), Army Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal (with oak leaf cluster), Army Achievement Medal (with four oak leaf clusters), Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Iraq Campaign Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Combat Action Badge, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff Identification Badge. GEN Nakasone and his wife are the proud parents of four children, who form the nucleus of "Team Nakasone."

Gen. Maurice M. McKinney

Brig. Gen. Maurice M. McKinney serves as the Mobilization Assistant to the Commander, Cyber National Mission Forces (CNMF). In this assignment, Gen. McKinney is responsible for Reserve Component integration (Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard, Army Reserve and Army National Guard, Coast Guard Reserve, Marine Reserve, and Navy Reserve) into CNMF full-spectrum cyber operations. Gen. McKinney is published author and national cyber and information technology strategic thought leader. Gen. McKinney's published doctoral dissertation, introduced a Five-Stage Global Telecom Maturity Model (copyrights reserved) to measure China's telecommunications investment maturity in a nation-state. His Air War College thesis introduced a notional approach to employ National Guard cyber forces to support federal and state cybersecurity operations and emergencies. Gen. McKinney's Air Command and Staff College paper received the 2006 Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association research honor award.

Gen. Paul M. Nakasone

A native of White Bear Lake, Minnesota, GEN Nakasone is a graduate of Saint John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota, where he received his commission through the Reserve Officers' Training Corps.

Kenneth M. Bruce

Chief Master Sergeant Kenneth M. Bruce, Jr., is the Command Senior Enlisted Leader of United States Cyber Command, Fort Meade, Maryland. Chief Bruce advises the Commander and staff on all matters influencing the readiness, health, welfare, morale, and effective utilization of more than 2500 personnel. Chief Bruce enlisted in the Air Force in July 1996. His experience includes various positions within sensor operations, geospatial intelligence and special operations at the squadron, wing, major command and Headquarters Air Force levels. He has deployed in support of multiple named operations across the globe. Prior to assuming his current position, he served as the Command Chief Master Sergeant of 16th Air Force at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas.

Lt. Gen. Timothy D. Haugh

Lt. Gen. Timothy D. Haugh is the Deputy Commander, U.S. Cyber Command, Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. USCYBERCOM directs, synchronizes and coordinates cyberspace planning and operations to defend and advance national interests in collaboration with domestic and international partners. Prior to this, Lt Gen Haugh served as Commander, Sixteenth Air Force; Commander, Air Forces Cyber, and Commander, Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, where he was responsible for more than 44,000 personnel conducting worldwide operations. Lt. Gen. Haugh received his commission in 1991 as a distinguished graduate of the ROTC program at Lehigh University. He has served in a variety of intelligence and cyber command and staff assignments. The general has commanded at the squadron, group, wing, NAF, and joint levels and served on staffs at major command, agency and combatant command headquarters. Lt Gen Haugh's previous joint general officer assignments include serving as the Commander, Cyber National Mission Force, and the Director of Intelligence, U.S. Cyber Command.

Major (CSM) Jesse F. Crawford

Command Sergeant Major (CSM) Jesse F. Crawford is a native of Cambria, Wisconsin, and enlisted into the Army in January 1998 and attended One Station Unit Training at Fort Benning, Georgia as an Infantryman (11B). In October 2007, CSM Crawford reclassified and became a Human Intelligence Collector (97E).

MG Hartman

A native of Mobile, Alabama, MG Hartman is a Distinguished Military Graduate of the University of South Alabama, where he received his commission through the Reserve Officer's Training Corps as an Infantry Officer. MG Hartman served in multiple positions as an Infantry, Military Intelligence, and Cyberspace Operations Officer, with assignments in the United States, Italy, Germany, the Republic of Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Turkey. MG Hartman has commanded a company, battalion, brigade and Special Mission Unit, and served as the senior intelligence officer at the battalion and regimental level for the 75th Ranger Regiment, and multiple tours as a SOCOM Joint Task Force J2. MG Hartman is a graduate of the Infantry Officer Basic Course, the Military Intelligence Officer Advanced Course, Air Command and Staff College, School of Advanced Military Studies, Senior Service College Fellowship with the CIA, and the Joint and Combined Warfighting School. He holds degrees from the University of South Alabama, Air University, and U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. MG Hartman's awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit with oak leaf cluster, Bronze Star Medal with oak leaf clusters, the Meritorious Service Medal with oak leaf clusters, the Joint Commendation Medal, the Army Commendation Medal with oak leaf cluster, and the Army Achievement Medal with oak leaf clusters. He is qualified to wear the Ranger Tab, Master Parachutist Badge, the Combat Infantry Badge and the Combat Action Badge. MG Hartman was designated as a Distinguished Member of the 75th Ranger Regiment in 2007. MG Hartman and his wife are the proud parents of two children.

Ms. Holly Baroody

Ms. Baroody has 20+ years of experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) through both military and civilian service. She served in the United States Navy (USN) from 2002 - 2009 as a Cryptologic Technician, with her first duty station in Yakima, Washington serving as a signals analyst with the National Security Agency (NSA). In 2005, she became a plank owner within the Navy's newly established Cryptologic Technical Networks (CTN) field, and subsequently went on to serve on NSA's Red Team as an operator conducting simulated adversary computer network operations in support of NSA's cybersecurity mission. She joined NSA as a civilian in 2009 and, through a variety of technical and leadership assignments within NSA's Computer Network Operations (CNO) and predecessor organizations, gained a broad and deep perspective of NSA's computer network exploitation operations supporting NSA's foreign intelligence and cybersecurity missions. She served as an executive assistant to NSA's Assistant Deputy Director for Operations from 2016 to 2017 where she gained a broader strategic and operations view of NSA and its partners, then re-joined the CNO in 2017 to lead CNO's newly established Joint Cyber Product Group (JCPG) to support USCYBERCOM's offensive cyber operations efforts and NSA's cybersecurity counter-cyber threat requirements. Prior to assuming her current position as USCYBERCOM Executive Director (EXDIR), Ms. Baroody served on a Joint Duty Assignment (JDA) as the Deputy to the Commander of the Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF) in USCYBERCOM from 2021 - 2022, where she supported the CNMF Commander in leading a 2000+ person organization with an Enterprise footprint to plan, direct, and synchronize full spectrum cyberspace operations to Defend the Nation from foreign adversary cyber threats. EDUCATION Ms. Baroody holds an undergraduate degree in Information Technology (IT) Management from the American Military University, and a graduate degree in Cybersecurity Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
