The Central GST & Central Excise Commissionerate, Daman has been created with the implementation of GST by merging the erstwhile Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax Commissionerate, Silvassa and the erstwhile Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax Commissionerate, Daman. At present, the Jurisdiction of Central GST & Central Excise, Daman Commissionerate extends to the union territories of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu. Our Commissionerate is one of the eight Commissionerates under the Central Goods and Service Tax, Vadodara Zone. The Commissionerate is headed by the Commissioner and deals with the administration of GST and Central Excise duty in the Union Territories of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
