Gerry Ostergard is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Daniel Management Group, Inc. His responsibilities include overseeing all financial and operational reporting, financial and variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, business process improvement, internal control design and implementation, Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, systems implementation, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) research, cash management, and loan covenant compliance.
Prior to his current role, Gerry served as the CFO for Foresite Realty Partners, as a controller for AMLI, and as a controller for Trizec Properties. He also has audit experience with Ernst and Young. Gerry attended the University of Virginia and graduated with distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce with a Bachelor of Science in accounting.

- Senior People Operations Manager
Hannah is the Senior People Operations Manager at Daniel Management Group. In addition to managing key HR items for the company she works closely with our Operations team to create and implement more efficient workflows across all departments, scrutinize and update policies to appropriately accommodate DMG's growth, and builds robust training resources for employees.
Hannah stepped into this role in January of 2025. Prior to this she acted as our Employee Development Manager for 3 years, with a specific focus in administrative HR tasks. She first started at DMG in 2020 as a part time administrative assistant, and was quickly promoted to a multi-site Property Manager managing over 400 units. Before joining DMG Hannah was the Office Manager for Evolve Real Estate, and an Office Administrator for Spaces Property Group.
James Minnie (Jim) is responsible for site inspections, estimating and planning all capital upgrades including apartment rehabs, construction budgeting, as well as contracting and supervising all phases of construction.
Jim has been a member of Daniel Management Group since 2014. He has also been the President and CEO of his own firm, Minnie Erecting Ltd, for many years.
Jim has additional experience as a controller at Fluid Regulators Ohio (aerospace supplier), a section manager at Racine Hydraulics Wisconsin (hydraulic systems manufacturing), and a maintenance and engineering manager at Miller Printing. He has also performed industrial work including project management, construction management, plant layout design, and industrial design and installations for companies throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Jim has studied at Baldwin Wallace College, Lakeland Community College and the University of Wisconsin Madison where he has earned multiple industrial and systems planning certificates.

His experience includes optimizing property management software, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools to create a more meaningful end-to-end property management and leasing experience.
Jonathan has been with DMG since 2020, previously serving as Director of Leasing. In this role, he managed over 50 employees and contractors, delivering outstanding leasing outcomes and establishing a strong foundation for operational success. Before joining DMG, he was a Senior Operations Manager at Zumper, where he negotiated key contracts with third-party lead generation providers, significantly reducing advertising costs while enhancing lead quality.
Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the State University of New York College at Oneonta. His career reflects a dedication to integrating technology with operational procedures to set new standards of excellence in residential property management.

Kenia is the Vice President of Property Management at Daniel Management Group, Inc. In this role, she oversees a significant portfolio of high-quality assets and a team of DMG management and maintenance staffs. She is responsible for property financial performance, team development, resident satisfaction, etc. Additionally, Kenia contributes to operational excellence company-wide by assisting in the development of corporate-level property management strategies and standard operating procedures.
Before assuming her current role, Kenia served as Senior Regional Manager at Daniel Management Group, where she managed a diverse portfolio of multifamily assets, spanning various asset classes and ownership structures. Earlier in her career, Kenia was a Property Manager at Horizon Realty Group, where she gained valuable experience in asset management, leasing and resident relations.
Kenia graduated with honors from Northeastern Illinois University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Her academic background, combined with her hands-on experience, has shaped her approach to leadership and operational efficiency.

Lauren also holds a managing broker's license with Daniel Management Group and oversees property listings to ensure compliance with our company standards.
Prior to her current role as Regional Property Manager, Lauren served as a scattered site property manager for DMG. Prior to joining DMG, Lauren was an on-site property manager for Trinity Property Consultants managing 600 units and a full-time maintenance and Leasing Staff. Lauren has also worked as a Real Estate Agent specializing in residential properties, short sales, and foreclosures. Lauren holds her managing broker's license and graduated from Lewis University with a BA degree in Business Administration.

Mark is the Manager of Information Technology at Daniel Management Group, Inc. In this role, he oversees the architecture, implementation, and administration of all IT Services, including Web Hosting, Analytics, Email/Communication, and Document Storage and Archiving. He also provides technical and infrastructure support to DMG-managed properties, as needed. With over 20 years of experience, Mark brings a strong focus on business continuity and ensuring that new and existing technology solutions are properly aligned with the business needs.
Before partnering with DMG, Mark served in various industries, most of his experience in the financial sector starting at the Chicago Board Options Exchange as a Support Engineer for the trading floor, and most recently, nine years as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for Allstate Investments, LLC. He has
Having spent years in the hospitality industry, Nicole is able to see the design process from both sides. She loves to create beautiful spaces that are fun and enticing for guests and functional and efficient for hospitality staff. Nicole and her work have been featured in Architectural Digest, Chicago Magazine, Dwell, Forbes, Wallpaper and The Wall Street Journal, among other publications.
Travel, art, and fashion are all sources of inspiration for Nicole, and she believes that meeting new people from different countries and backgrounds can help you grow and open up a world of possibilities. Nicole has a background in fashion and applies it to interiors, giving her a creative edge. She is extremely driven by the evolution process and seeing something through from start to finish.

Robert is the co-founder of DMG Capital and is closely involved in deal sourcing and underwriting. He is also actively involved in the capital stack formation for DMG Capital's acquisitions. Before joining DMG Capital, Robert served as a principal in a number of ground-up residential and multifamily developments on Chicago's North Shore. Prior to that, he traded equity derivative options on the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange and practiced transactional law in the metro-Detroit area. Robert graduated from the James Madison College at Michigan State University and earned his law degree from the University of Detroit School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and was a member of the Law Review.

Roger Daniel is the founder and President of Daniel Management Group, Inc. He is also President of DMG | Leasing (dmgleasing.com), the leasing division of DMG. In these capacities, Roger is responsible for the day-to-day management and leasing of a portfolio consisting of more than 4,000 units around the broader Midwest.
In 2021, Roger co-founded DMG | Capital (dmgcapital.com), a real estate investment firm focused on sourcing, underwriting, and structuring multifamily real estate transactions. Prior to creating DMG, Roger held various positions in multifamily leasing, property management, acquisitions, and brokerage. Roger's work history includes roles at The Habitat Company, Village Green Companies, Northwestern Mutual Real Estate, and others.
Roger earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin. He is a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker, a member of the Chicagoland Apartment Association, an NBOA board member, a EUBA board member, and a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors.
