Andrew J. Plagge

Mr. Plagge was born and raised in Iowa, where he attended the University of Iowa. After college, he put his education on hold and joined the United States Army. He attended Basic Training and Officer Candidate School, earning his commission as an officer. After finishing his training, Mr. Plagge moved to the Tampa area where he started law school at Stetson University College of Law. Since receiving his JD from Stetson University College of Law, Mr. Plagge has practiced in various areas of law including family law, personal injury, Veterans Affairs, and criminal law. This allowed Andrew to find his passion in representing those injured due to others' negligence and assisting his fellow Veterans with their disability claims. Throughout his career, Andrew has handled a wide variety of personal injury cases with an assortment of injuries, including brain injuries, torn ligaments, broken bones, as well as back and neck injuries. During college, he enlisted in the U.S Army Reserves and served two years in the military police. Lee attended law school in Gulfport at Stetson University College of Law in Pinellas County, Florida. In law school, he was busy competing for Stetson's top nationally ranked Trial Team and Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. He also learned about courtroom work from the Judge's perspective, interning with Judge Horrox of Pinellas County at the criminal justice center. Lee's passion is standing between the wrecking ball and his client. As a criminal defense attorney in St. Petersburg, Florida, he defends those accused of crimes from the power of the State of Florida's prosecuting attorneys. As a personal injury and car accident attorney, he fights for his injured clients against some of the biggest and most powerful corporations out there: insurance companies. Logan Manderscheid, a Criminal Defense Attorney at Denmon Pearlman Law, has lived in Pinellas County his entire life. He earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. He graduated magna cum laude from Stetson University School of Law. While in law school, Logan was an editor for the Stetson Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board. His team won several national awards. Logan also interned for the Honorable Frank Quesada in Pinellas County Criminal Circuit Court and the State Attorney's Office in Pinellas County. He started his career as a Prosecutor in Pinellas County, a position he held for three years. During his tenure, he worked in the Domestic Violence Division and with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission to prosecute Boating Under the Influence charges. Under the leadership of Bernie McCabe and Bruce Bartlett, Logan handled thousands of criminal cases ranging from simple misdemeanors such as DUI, domestic battery, and drug charges to violent felonies such as murder. He tried 30 cases in front of a jury. Inspired by his father James F. Manderscheid, who was a Criminal Defense Attorney in Pinellas County for over 40 years, Logan decided to switch his role in the criminal justice system. As a child, Logan saw the compassion and time that his father spent helping other people make the best out of the worst possible situations. Logan stands in the corner with people when they feel like nobody else will. He's seen firsthand the stress the criminal justice system causes people and their families and is ready to guide people through that process through his work at Denmon Pearlman Law. He is admitted to all state courts and three federal courts in Florida (Southern District, Middle District, and Northern District) and all state courts. Logan is a volunteer mentor for the Take Stock in Children Foundation, working with students in Pinellas County. Outside of work, he enjoys being outdoors, watching the Florida Gators, and spending time with his wife.

Mary Katherine Campbell

Mary Katherine Campbell, a Criminal Defense Attorney at Denmon Pearlman, was born and raised in Georgia. She earned a bachelor's degree in International Relations and a certificate in Global Studies from the University of Georgia. Next, Mary Katherine moved to Florida and earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport. While in Florida, Mary Katherine spent six months as an Inmate Correspondence and Intake Intern with the Innocence Project of Florida. This experience solidified her passion for working in Criminal Defense. She has also worked as an intern for the Bay County Public Defender's Office. Mary Katherine competed regionally and nationally as a member of Stetson University's Trial Team. Stetson's Trial Team is ranked #1 in the United States, and the university itself is ranked #1 in the country for trial advocacy. Mary Katherine was a National Semifinalist in the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Competition. While in law school, Mary Katherine was a Teaching Assistant for a Trial Advocacy course taught by Denmon Pearlman Partner and Trial Attorney Lee Pearlman. She worked for Denmon Pearlman for about 18 months as a Law Clerk and is currently a Criminal Defense Attorney handling DUIs, drug charges, and arrest warrants. Mary Katherine is an avid University of Georgia football fan. She also enjoys cooking and gardening.

Roger is a member of the Hillsborough County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and served on its Board of Directors in the past. He is currently serving as the President of the VFW Auxiliary Post 4321 in Tampa. Also, Roger has had the honor and the privilege to act as a consultant for bestselling author Michael Connelly on all of the "Lincoln Lawyer" projects - which include six novels, one feature film, and a future television series. When not serving his clients or the community, Roger enjoys watching and participating in almost all sports. He especially enjoys water sports such as scuba, spearfishing, and fishing. He's an avid fan of the Tampa Bay Rays, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Tampa Bay Lightning. Nicole has lived in the Tampa Bay area for the last 25 years. She majored in criminology while attending Saint Leo University and interned with the United States Secret Service. Upon graduation, Nicole attended Stetson University College of Law in Pinellas County, where she concentrated on trial advocacy. While attending school, she interned with the State Attorney's Office for Pinellas County. After law school, Nicole became the Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County. Nicole is experienced and qualified in the courtroom, having tried more than 60 trials in front of juries over the last ten years. She has been named one of Top 100 Trial Lawyers in the Nation and one of the Top 40 Trial Lawyers Under 40 in the Nation. Paul Knudsen is a native Floridian, who grew up in New Port Richey and Orlando, before obtaining his bachelor's degree at Florida State University and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. While practicing divorce and family law, Paul would often help his clients re-work their estate plans upon their divorce. Tom Campbell, a Criminal Defense Trial Attorney at Denmon Pearlman, was born in Atlanta and raised in Connecticut. He interned at the Tuscaloosa County District Attorney's office while working on his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Alabama, where he graduated in 2016. He moved to Gulfport in 2017 to attend Stetson University College of Law and met our own Mary Katherine Bleckley (to whom he is now married) two weeks before starting classes. He competed regionally and nationally as a member of Stetson University's Trial Team. Stetson's Trial Team is ranked #1 in the United States, and the university itself is ranked #1 in the country for trial advocacy. Tom interned at the Pinellas County State Attorney's Office while working on his law degree, and upon graduating from Stetson and passing the bar in 2020, he went on to work the next 3 years as an Assistant State Attorney for Pinellas County specializing in Traffic, Domestic Violence, and Narcotics. Tom has a passion for sports and fishing, and is a former quarterback and catcher for his high school football and baseball teams. He also has a love for his two dogs, an 11-year-old Husky rescued in Tuscaloosa and a 4-year-old Golden Retriever that was a birthday gift for Mary Katherine in 2019.
