Bethany Reed

Job Titles:

Bethany started with Demmon Partners as a Leasing Consultant 2011. She continued on to bookkeeping, eventually overseeing the bookkeeping for dual sites while supervising her trainees. In 2020, she joined the corporate team as an Accounts Payables Specialist while maintaining Bookkeeper training for the Demmon Partners portfolio.

Brandie Thomas - CMO

Brandie began her career with Demmon Partners as a Leasing Consultant in 2004. Quickly moving up to Bookkeeper then Manager at Rocklin Ranch for 8 years. In 2015 she established the first marketing role within Demmon Partners as Director of Marketing. Managing the portfolio and company websites, SEO, branding materials and leasing training. Today Brandie is an integral part of our corporate team and working to expand and improve our marketing efforts. Brandie is an amazing baker, small business owner and builds non-profit haunted attractions.

Chanell Roberts

Job Titles:
  • Staff Accountant
Chanell is the Staff Accountant at Demmon Partners. She joined the company in 2017 and is responsible for processing payroll, recording expenses, processing various reports and works closely with other members of the accounting team on a daily basis.

Charlie Demmon

Job Titles:

Charlie's career began in Facilities Management at The White House. He now serves on Demmon Partners' Executive and Investment committees and oversees the Maintenance and Construction Division.

Chris Roath

Chris joined the Marketing Team in 2019 as our Business Intelligence Manager. He is responsible for gathering internal and external data for analyzing and evaluating portfolio performance, while also assisting in the behind-the-scenes Marketing efforts.

Dan Valdez - COO

Dan is a real estate professional who joined Demmon Partners as Chief Operating Officer in 2018. He has more than a decade of operations and asset management experience. He is responsible for developing and implementing successful business plans that enhance asset value, drive revenue and reduce expenses for the Demmon portfolio.

Dana Bershodsky - CHRO

Dana joined Demmon Partners as the Director of Human Resources in 2003. She works in all areas of HR including recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, leadership training and development, workers compensation, benefits, and safety. While not at work she enjoys sports and the outdoors.

Debbie Robinson

Debbie joined Demmon as the Community Manager at Rocklin Ranch in 2021. She has decades of property management experience, including multiple site management as a Senior Manager, and also played a role in employee training. In her off time, Debbie enjoys spending time with family and friends and enjoys skiing and boating.

Erica Webber

Erica joined Demmon Partners in 2021 as the Community Manager for Salishan. Erica has several years of property management experience, managing multiple sites and maximizing revenue. In her free time she loves spending time with animals and her friends and family.

Gavin Gallup

Gavin has worked for Demmon Partners since 2007 and has supervised various sites for the last several years. As Maintenence Supervisor at the Falls at Arden, he works very hard with his team to keep residents happy and maintain the community. When not hard at work, Gavin enjoys working on cars and playing video games to unwind.

Heather Rule

Heather has been with Demmon Partners since 2004 managing several sites and teams. She was responsible for motivating and encouraging her teams as well as creating a positive customer experience, and has recently been promoted to the corporate accounting team. Her goal is to make sure all team members and customers are part of her extended family.

Jaime Vildosola

Jaime joined Demmon Partners in 1996. As Maintenance Supervisor he has worked at multiple sites and strives to achieve the best work place practices while sharing his knowledge and skillset throughout the portfolio. He is not only committed to his team and helping residents but also plays a mean guitar in a band and is proficient in sign language.

Jake Jorzig

Experience a culture where you are part of the Family from day one. Jake joined Demmon Partners in 2012 at Rocklin Ranch to assist with renovations and painting. Jake takes a team player approach as the Maintenance Supervisor at Rocklin Ranch. He enjoys working with the crew to accomplish the property objectives. Jake is well known for his quick wit and humor. After business hours and on the weekends, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and their two dogs.

Jessica Bornick

Jessica joined the Demmon Partners team in 2009. She started her management career at the Falls at Arden when Demmon Partners purchased the community in 2018. Jessica has established a new role as Operations and Training Manager. She works alongside the corporate team to help support and train our onsite teams in accounting and management software systems and processes. She has a passion for helping others but also she is a huge advocate for animals.

Kathy Demmon

Kathy started working for Demmon Partners in 2019, after working in commercial underwriting. She is currently responsible for developing and implementing operating policies and procedures to ensure compliance and streamline processes.

Kristin Boston

Kristin joined Demmon Partners as Community Manager at Lake Pointe in 2022. She began her career in property management in 2019 and has established herself as a top performer in both leasing and business management. Kristin went to Cal State East Bay on a water polo and swim scholarship. In her free time she loves spending time with her friends and family.

Lucy Pena

Lucy started her careering in property management back in 2013 as a Leasing Consultant. She joined Demmon Partners in 2022 and quickly showed her years of experience. As a result, Lucy was promoted to Community Manager of The Falls at Arden. She has a passion for helping people open new chapters in their lives. She loves making customers feel at home and spending quality time with her husband and kids.

Maria Lopez

Maria is our Sacramento corporate Office Manager. She brings years of experience in the hospitality, restaurant and management industries to Demmon Partners. She maintains daily operations for our corporate team and assists with a wide variety of marketing and operational tasks.

Marlene Krasko

Marlene is the Executive Assistant at Demmon Partners. She is from Bordeaux, France. She has worked in a variety of industries including interior design, sales and hospitality, and has a strong background in customer service and administrative support.

Matt Saleme

Matt started with Demmon Partners as Construction Project Manager back in 2013. Bringing decades of experience in the construction industry to our team. Now as our Director of Construction, Matt manages and oversees projects on existing properties ranging from large project renovations to small capital expenditures.

Michael L Harper

Michael joined Demmon Partners in 2007 as a Groundskeeper at Rocklin Ranch. He moved on to Painter, then Maintenance Tech and finally Supervisor at Lake Pointe. Michael likes to take on new challenges and is very detailed and organized. When he's not at work, he loves playing around with engineering and design programs.

Mitch McKinzie

Mitch has an extensive background in construction and development. He Joined Demmon Partners in 2015 and is responsible for bringing new and future property developments to fruition. In addition, he oversees capital property improvements.

Nicholas Duncan

Nick joined Demmon Partners in 2005. He was hired on as part of the renovation team at Harbor Oaks. Through hard work and dedication he received a series of promotions that led to his current role as the Maintenance Supervisor at Salishan. Nick has a strong work ethic and enjoys working with his team and assisting residents whenever possible.

Patricia Chang

Patricia started with Demmon Partners in 2015. She currently manages the accounting department and is responsible for Financial Reporting.

Roy Demmon - Founder

Job Titles:

We are a family owned and operated business that was started in 1960 by Roy Demmon. He focused on office and industrial commercial real estate, with the belief that reinvesting in our properties was the best way to build long-term value. In the 1980s, Roy partnered with his sons Terry and Charlie Demmon and son-in-law Tom Walsh, at which point Demmon Partners became a true family business. In the 1990s, we shifted our investment strategy to the Sacramento area with our first apartment community, Lake Pointe, that is still in our portfolio today. In the 2010s, Roy's grandchildren joined the company, ushering in the third generation of family involvement and carrying out his vision for the long-term future of the business. We remain committed to the belief that long-term ownership and reinvestment in our communities creates the unrivaled experience that our Residents expect and our Team members value. Ruth Schafer

The Burke Award is named for Ruth and Chuck Burke who were the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor at our first apartment community in the Sacramento area, Lake Pointe. They were a dynamic pair who spent well over a decade with Demmon Partners and worked hard each day to create a wonderful community for their residents. This award honors the member of our team who most embodies the legacy left behind by Ruth and Chuck by demonstrating a continual commitment to excellence. Ruth has been working for Demmon Partners since 2016 and consistently brings 100% to the table every day. She loves to smile and make people laugh. Ruth successfully oversaw a very extensive exterior repositioning project at Salishan. She is now responsible for managing Demmon's largest asset, the beautiful Harbor Oaks. She also loves spending time with her family, soaking up the sun, loves animals, and is obsessed with cheese.

Sarah Collazo

Sarah started her career in 2008 with Demmon Partners in Fresno, CA. First as a Leasing Consultant, then Manager at Dominion Heights. She moved to Sacramento, CA in 2018 to take on the challenge of leasing up Sutter Green. This proved to be a great decision and the results were beyond fantastic. As a result, she now dual site manages Sutter Green & 16 Powerhouse. Sarah has a diligent work ethic and really enjoys spending time with her dog and traveling whenever possible.

Scott Walsh

Scott began as an intern with Demmon Partners in 2015. In 2018 he managed the operational transition for the 16 Powerhouse acquisition. Scott oversaw quality control for the 248-unit new development, Sutter Green, as well as assisted with creating and implementing the operational playbook for the new property. Eventually, he became the manager of Sutter Green through 2020. In 2021, Scott transitioned away from operations and is now Director of Maintenance, in charge of various capital improvement projects throughout the portfolio.

Stephany Bonney

Stephany joined our Demmon Partners Team in 2021. Throughout her career she has worked with various types of housing, including conventional, affordable, senior, and privatization of military housing. She holds a California Real Estate License and her extensive expertise includes new construction lease ups, value add and stabilized assets.

Terry Demmon

Job Titles:

Terry has been involved in multi-family real estate development and management since 1987. He manages strategic apartment assets and directs revenue production. In addition, he has assisted in the development process from securing land to entitlements and lease-up for thousands of multi-family apartment homes.

Thomas Walsh

Job Titles:

Thomas has been with Demmon Partners since 1991. As Director of Finance & Accounting he oversees all finance and accounting operations, and is an Investment Committee member.

Vince Figlia

Job Titles:
  • Maintenance Supervisor
Vince has been with Demmon Partners since 2018, however he started in the multifamily industry in 1991. Vince is the Maintenance Supervisor for two of Demmon Partners newest luxury apartment communities, Sutter Green & 16 Powerhouse. Vince has been a proven leader since his start with the company and is an asset to the Demmon Team.
