Jamie is actively involved in the Philadelphia business and social community as a member of The Union League of Philadelphia & an active donor and volunteer for Kids Smiles, Inc. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University & is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker, New Jersey Real Estate Broker, and New York Real Estate Broker.
Jaqi Kleiman is a licensed PA Realtor with ten years of residential leasing and property management experience. She holds a certification in specialized compliance training from the Fair Housing Rights Center of Southeastern Pennsylvania on the prevention and elimination of housing discrimination. She brings a strategic yet personable approach to our property management department and her sharp attention to detail is essential to the team.
As a native of Philadelphia she has extensive knowledge and expertise in the residential leasing trends of every local neighborhood to meet our diverse client needs. Outside of the office she enjoys traveling with friends and family and has a passion for the growing community music scene.
Maria Romano is a licensed Pennsylvania Salesperson and an Associate at Delphi Property Group, LLC. She moved to the United States as a child from Italy, and comes from a family of entrepreneurs. Beginning her career by working with her family, Maria's entrepreneurial spirit lead her to leave the family business to pursue her interest in the Real Estate industry. Her background allows her to understand what information business owners need to make informed real estate decisions.
Maria specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge to broker commercial properties. Her strong network of business and property owners has allowed her to build connections and accelerate success at our firm.
Outside of the office, Maria enjoys spending time with her family and friends, maintaining an active lifestyle and visiting friends and family in Italy.
Matthew Lawrence Romano was born and raised in Miami, Florida where he attended the University of Florida on an academic and music scholarship. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelor of Science. Prior to joining Delphi Property Group as a licensed PA Salesperson, Matthew was a sales associate for Keller Williams Premier Properties in Florida, where he was successful in representing both buyers and sellers of residential real estate.
Before beginning his real estate career, Matthew taught science in a nationally ranked High School magnet program, as well as had opportunities to travel and perform with various orchestras. From tagging sharks in conservation efforts to performing over seas, It is his diverse and unique multitude of experiences that make him an invaluable asset to our team and also to his clients.
