DE LEON CONSULTING - Key Persons
Dr. De Leon developed a firm desire to assist other students in achieving their educational aspirations. His early graduate work centered on developing leadership programs at two major universities in the Pacific Northwest. The successes observed by students he helped mentor led to a more refined research agenda focused on investigating differing world views in education and ultimately to his research in Identity and its effect on retention and graduation of students in higher education.
