Adam Schwarz

As a Senior Consultant in Delphi's Calgary office, Adam specializes in sustainability reporting & ESG disclosure. He helps Canadian corporate clients build enterprise value and competitiveness by integrating sustainability considerations into their corporate strategy. Adam is passionate about helping companies make data-driven decisions to become more prosperous and sustainable. He works with companies across the economy on materiality assessments, baseline ESG inventories, governance modeling, ERM integration, sustainability reporting, communication planning, framework analysis, and peer benchmarking. Adam kicked off his career working for a few start-up companies in the food production space. After managing a vertical farming start-up, Adam started his own company manufacturing container farms, allowing for a plug-and-play farming solution for urban centres and helping to increase food sovereignty in Alberta. This inspired his love of business, and he went on to receive an MBA in Global Energy Management and Sustainable Development from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. After graduating, he joined the Corporate Sustainability faculty, teaching other MBA/EMBA's about sustainability reporting and ESG disclosure. He has also held environmental conservation positions within Alberta Parks and Recreational facility management for YMCA Calgary. In addition to his MBA, Adam has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sustainable Development (Hons.B.A.) from the University of Toronto, with a focus on environmental science and public policy. When not in the office, Adam can be found swimming, hiking, or driving his VW Westfalia camper van to hidden camping spots across Western Canada. His love of the outdoors, gardening, and nature drives his passion for sustainability, and he lives by the decree that you "leave the campsite better than you found it."

Andy Coxford

As a Technical Analyst at Delphi, Andy works primarily on GHG analytics and quantification. He also assists in research and the development of reports for client projects. Prior to joining Delphi, Andy worked as a research analyst at VWK Capital Management Inc. In this role he developed a keen understanding of a broad range of sustainable and cleantech industries. A recent graduate, Andy holds a dual degree in mechanical engineering and business from Western University and the Ivey School of Business, respectively. Throughout university, Andy tailored his academic projects and extra-curriculars towards his interest in sustainability. In a final project, Andy co-founded a green investment platform targeting renewable projects in developing areas which remains operational today. Outside of work, Andy loves sailing, going for long walks, reading, and spending time with his family.

Arjun Salu

Born and raised in Kerala, India, Arjun holds a Bachelor of Arts specializing in Economics and Commerce from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai University. Upon moving to Canada in 2019, he completed a post-graduate certificate in Community & Social Service Management from Conestoga College and Sustainable Business Management from Seneca College where he explored UN's Sustainable Development Goals, Triple Bottom Line approach, Community Development, and conducted a capstone project for a zero-packaging grocery store based in Aurora. Prior to joining Delphi, Arjun worked in various roles including managing the operations of an Agriculture based start-up to being a Youth worker during the pandemic to finally collaborating with a Toronto-based organization "Impact Zero", where he focused on developing their first Annual Impact Measurement Report. Arjun has also volunteered with several organizations like Sustainability Network, Strong Start Charitable Organization, OBSA, All Hands & Hearts and XRCVC. Outside of work, Arjun enjoys playing Football (soccer), Badminton, volleyball and cricket, love spicy foods and enjoys watching movies!

Ben Clark

As the director, Ben supports and manages client projects for Delphi's Green Economy Services. Ben has a diverse background in government, non-profit, and business, and has managed projects related to climate action, adventure tourism, and performance measurement frameworks. Ben has led organizations in the development of place-based food systems and the local food economy, as well the urban development process and resilient neighbourhood planning. Ben has an MA in Environment and Management from Royal Roads University, where his research focused on the role of restaurants in the local food economy, and a BSc in Geography from the University of Victoria. Outside of work, Ben enjoys exploring Vancouver Island and the Salish Sea with a bike and a pair of hiking boots.

Bolu Adegbembo

Bruce Dudley

Bruce is responsible for Delphi's business development and sales for Eastern Canada. As Senior project advisor he provides strategic advice and oversight on sustainability and carbon with specific emphasis on regulatory and non-regulatory approaches to effect change in corporate and public behaviour. This work typically involves the development of strategies and approaches that integrate a number of high level organizational objectives such as; sustainability, program and policy development, technology investment, and performance management. Prior to his current role, Bruce led Delphi's Health and Environment practice and was recognized as one of Canada's leading experts in the strategic integration of health and environmental issues. He has been a senior advisor to governments and companies on domestic and international policy initiatives focused on the mitigating environmental and social risks. He joined Delphi following over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector. In the final stage of his healthcare career, he was responsible for the quality and risk management programs and corporate reporting for two tertiary care teaching hospitals. Bruce is a regular volunteer for local fundraising events for childhood cancer. He was the former Chair of the Ottawa Valley Chapter of the Air and Waste Management Association.

Cara LaRochelle

Claire Purvis

As Senior Director, Climate Services, Claire focuses on building a partnership with clients to help them navigate the complexity of a low-carbon transition. Claire has a strong background in climate change and sustainability consulting, working with clients in Canada, the US, the UK and Europe and focusing on GHG inventories, target setting, decarbonization, stakeholder engagement, reporting and disclosures and climate risk. She has worked across industries including Real Estate, Private Equity, Asset Management, Financial Services, Healthcare, Agribusiness, IT and Transportation. Claire grew up in South Africa and gained an interest in sustainability and climate change through her travels, and through her love for the outdoors and nature, particularly the nature of her childhood. She completed an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology at McMaster University, followed by a year of teaching outdoor education in the UK. She returned to Canada to complete a Master's in Environmental Studies at the University of Waterloo and then worked for two years in the sustainability field in Scotland before returning to Canada (again) and starting her consulting career. In past years she has worked for two smaller consulting organizations in Canada and also completed two years as Senior Manager of Climate Change at ERM, overseeing the Canadian climate change team. Claire has completed a number of courses in project management, consulting and climate risk and is certified in Sustainability and Climate Risk through GARP. Claire is a mom to three young children and when not working, can generally be found convincing her family to join her on some new (generally rather ambitious) adventure. Connor King

Connor is a senior technical analyst serving as a specialist in emissions quantification, climate risk, and technical work related to sustainability. Connor has expertise in corporate emission inventories for clients in the energy, retail, finance, and insurance sectors. He uses his experience with Excel and GIS to build models and perform data analysis for various applications, including decarbonization strategy, fuel lifecycle assessment, and scenario analysis. Prior to joining Delphi, Connor worked with a UK start-up, performing research to understand the influence of carbon price on land-use in England. Connor holds an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a BSc (Hons.) in Environmental Science from Queen's University. Craig Duvall

David Feuchtwanger

David is a Consultant at Delphi, focused on climate-related risk assessments, scenario analysis, and TCFD reporting. David spent over 12 years in the upstream oil and gas industry as a geoscientist in various senior technical roles, including 7 years with the international energy major ENI SpA. His experience with numerous energy and resource development projects in 14 countries throughout Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America gave him a broad understanding of both the challenges and opportunities of the global energy transition. Combined with his expertise in geoscience, David brings a strategic and technical approach to helping organizations assess and manage climate risk and find opportunities in a low-carbon economy. David holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics from the University of Calgary and a SCR certificate from the Global Association of Risk Professionals. Outside of work, David spends his free time climbing and skiing in the Canadian Rockies with his family.

David Photiadis

As a Delphi consultant, David supports and manages client projects for Delphi's Sustainability Services and Greenhouse Gas Management Services. David helps clients translate energy, carbon, and sustainability information into strategic decisions to advance corporate sustainability programming and carbon management. David is a ‘sustainability chameleon' with six years of experience in the sustainability and carbon management field. David leads numerous corporate carbon inventories, contributes to sustainability strategy development, and helps clients improve their CSR Reporting practices. David also plays a key role in supporting Delphi's sustainability benchmarking services and supports client implementation of the Delphi Trident software. Prior to Delphi, David worked as a Sustainability Program Specialist at the University of Toronto Sustainability Office and as a Carbon Analyst at Zerofootprint Software, Inc. David has an interdisciplinary educational background in environmental resource management and a Master of Arts degree, with a concentration in business and sustainability, from the University of Toronto. In his spare time, David is an outdoor enthusiast, foodie, hockey lover, and wannabe traveler. Diana Bowles

Diana will be overseeing the day-to-day financial activities primarily focussing on invoicing and is also responsible for all aspects of financial reporting for all constellation companies. Prior to joining Delphi, Diana was the Accounting Analyst for the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, where she was responsible for the financial reporting, month-end and budget processes and leading the annual external financial audit. Diana is currently working towards completing her CPA designation. She has successfully passed all the required exams and is now working towards finishing the final months of the required experience. In her spare time Diana enjoys spending time with her friends, family and dog Bentley the Shih Tzu. She loves running, hiking, yoga and played university varsity soccer throughout her undergrad. Dr. Carol-Ann Brown - President

Prior to this role, Carol-Ann led the Delphi Innovation and Cleantech team, which works with the private and public sectors to accelerate the deployment and commercialization of clean solutions, strategic planning, as well as technology road mapping and market scenarios. The team also leverages clean technology partnerships to deliver B2B programming for the GLOBE Series, which convenes the innovators and changemakers that aim to accelerate the clean economy. Carol-Ann brings over 20 years of experience in clean innovation. Her international and multidisciplinary experience focuses on the environment/energy nexus, encompassing a broad range of issues including emissions trading, policy analysis and formulation, and program development; and clean technology assessment, development and commercialization. Carol-Ann was formerly the Director of Offsets Development and Industry Relations for Climate Change Central, and a Policy Advisor in the Air Quality and Climate Change Branch of the Ontario Ministry of the Environment. She has a PhD in Geography, focusing on wind power commercialization, and a Master of Science in Environmental Change & Management, from the University of Oxford. Carol-Ann is a Director for the All One Sky Foundation, a not-for-profit, charitable organization established to help vulnerable populations at the crossroads of energy and climate change. Eleanor Eden

As a Senior Consultant at Delphi, Eleanor is dedicated to helping clients address complex and emerging issues in the fields of climate risk and sustainable finance, while navigating the transition to a low-carbon economy. Eleanor built her expertise working at the Bank of England, the UK's central bank, where she established their internal approach to climate risk quantification, risk management, and disclosure. She also supported the Prudential Regulation Authority's regulatory initiatives, including the development of supervisory expectations on climate risk management and its approach to climate stress testing. Prior to joining Delphi, Eleanor was a Manager at Deloitte UK, where she supported global financial services clients to quantify, manage and report on their climate-related risks, conduct climate scenario analysis, and develop and implement net zero strategies and transition plans. Throughout her career, Eleanor has participated in several international regulatory and finance forums on climate, including the Network for Greening the Financial System (a consortium of central banks and regulators), and the UK's Climate Financial Risk Forum (a regulator-led forum of financial services participants). In these fora, Eleanor collaborated with international industry participants to develop and publish best practice approaches to addressing climate-related risks in the financial sector. Eleanor holds a bachelor's degree in economics, a post-grad certificate in financial regulation and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Erin Williamson

As a Delphi consultant, Erin supports client projects with technical and policy analysis in the fields of transportation, energy, cleantech, and agriculture. Erin has over ten years of experience in a wide range of environmental and energy-related issues. Prior to joining Delphi, Erin worked for ICF International, where she specialized in greenhouse gas (GHG) quantification and verification across sectors (including energy, transportation, industry, and commercial/institutional), as well as GHG inventory development and mitigation assessment at a variety of scales from individual projects to the national level. In addition to her technical expertise, Erin has extensive experience in policy and program analysis and development in the areas of climate change, sustainable transportation, and energy. Erin has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and a Master of Science (Bioresource Engineering) from McGill University. Outside of Delphi, Erin enjoys anything that gets her outside with her family, though she's never opposed to curling up with a good book.

Farr Fatemi

Farr Fatemi is a director over 12 years of experience in the area of environmental impact assessment and quantification with a focus on life cycle assessments, greenhouse gas (GHG) and air emissions quantitative analysis. Farr has significant experience in applying best-practice principles for corporate inventory and mitigation project accounting and reporting, per ISO 14064-1 and 14064-2 standards and WRI/WBCSD GHG protocols. Farr has worked on and managed a wide range of GHG and energy inventory projects for sectors including oil and gas, renewable energy, power generation and transmission, transportation, commercial and residential buildings, financial, manufacturing and retail, construction and information technology. Farr has also worked on the quantification and reporting of GHG reductions from various clean technologies applicable to many of the sectors mentioned. Farr holds a master's degree in chemical engineering from Polytechnique Montreal, focused on life cycle assessment (LCA) and the ISO-14040 series standards. This approach screens and quantifies all types of environmental impacts (air, water, land) occurring throughout all the life cycle stages (i.e. raw material extraction, production, consumption and end of life) of a product or service. Farr holds a second master's degree in civil/environmental engineering from Dalhousie University focused on water/wastewater treatment and groundwater remediation, and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering (structural). Prior to his master's studies, Farr worked for two years as a process engineer and environmental engineer-in-training in a major consulting firm in Atlantic Canada, where he worked on water/wastewater treatment projects and conducted phased environmental site assessments. Francesca Evans

Francesca Evans is an Intern Analyst at Delphi, offering support in projects and filling in the gaps as needed. Francesca is enrolled in a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering at the University of Waterloo. Prior to joining Delphi, Francesca worked over the summer at the UPEI Center for Climate Change and Adaptation. Her work involved conducting research on coastal erosion and precision agriculture in PEI via drone mapping technology. Francesca earned her advanced drone pilot license over the course of that term. Francesca strives to build a career in sustainability and climate change mitigation. In her free time Francesca likes to draw and animate, often finding any chance she can to include a fun doodle in her notes.

Garrett Jones

Garrett is a seasoned financial service professional with a passion for creating a flourishing and sustainable finance sector that is socially just. As Director of Sustainable Finance, Garrett's focus is to navigate his clients through the complex and everchanging landscape that is sustainable finance. Throughout his career Garrett has worked for multiple financial institutions and insurance companies in various roles and departments. His breadth of experience and knowledge enables him to tackle problems from multiple angles and generate creative and comprehensive solutions. One of the biggest challenges he has been investigating is the intersection of finance, regulation, sustainability, and innovation and the transition to an environmentally and socially balanced economy. While working towards his Masters, he analyzed the integration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) material indicators into the credit risk management process. Through his analysis he discovered multiple risks and opportunities that the financial sector will face on the path to net-zero. Prior to joining Delphi, Garrett was ESG project lead for one of Canada's largest credit unions. This undertaking culminated with the organization becoming only the second Canadian credit union to obtain an ESG rating. Their Inaugural ESG rating of 18.6 low risk was nothing short of excellent and demonstrated that they were among the most socially conscious financial institutions in Canada. Garrett holds a Master's Degree in Management from the University of British Columbia and a Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada. Ghannush Nithiy

Ghannush Nithiy is an Analyst at Delphi, primarily supporting the Corporate Sustainability team and Clean Tech initiatives. Prior to joining Delphi, Ghannush worked in sustainable finance, focusing on ESG due diligence, corporate sustainability strategy, and biodiversity risk research. Moreover, as a Social Impact Consultant, he has experience guiding non-profit organizations and social enterprises in achieving their strategic objectives to create positive social impact within Canada. With a deep-rooted passion for environmental conservation and a keen interest in the business world, Ghannush pursued his education at the University of Waterloo, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Environment and Business and eventually his Master of Environment and Sustainability from Western University. His academic background is an added layer in his commitment to developing a meaningful balance between sustainability and business, two streams that can and must coexist. Outside of his professional commitments, you can often find Ghannush dedicating his time to his passion project, Yannai, where he leads efforts to establish a traceable and transparent supply chain for ethically and sustainably sourced apparel. Halima Ahmed

Hannah Lacey

Hina Okazaki Kuae

Environmental engineer with over seven years of experience in the environmental and sustainability field, providing strategic, technical, and analytical support to implement corporate sustainability strategies. Working as an environmental engineer/analyst in the manufacturing industry (mainly in the automobile sector) Hina has experience with GHG inventories (quantification, validation, and verification), supported corporate reports such as Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), managed environmental indicators and environmental management systems (ISO 14001 certifications and WCM - World Class Manufacturing methodology), oversaw environmental compliance and licensing, planned and implemented projects on-site to reduce environmental footprint, and developed and conducted environmental awareness campaigns and training sessions. Hina has an extensive educational background. Isla Milne

Her previous research includes tracking evolving ESG risks as they relate to business risks/opportunities, in-depth analysis of environmental policies, and climate-related data collection in remote areas of Kenya. She also has experience working in other industry sectors including manufacturing (Michelin North America and Curtiss-Wright Controls Embedded Computing), oil and gas (Suncor Energy Inc.), and power generation (Nalcor Energy Inc.). Her roles and experiences have ranged from project and change management to regulatory affairs and environmental/emergency response system design. Kristine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Collaborative Master's in Applied Sustainability from Queen's University. Kristine's Master's thesis focused in the area of industrial energy efficiency technologies. Since moving to Canada to finish school, he has built a career integrating sustainability, design thinking and cross-sectoral innovation into business strategy and operations. As a Senior Director at Delphi, he advises many of Canada's leading public and private sector organizations on sustainability and climate strategy, with a focus on the intersection of energy, technology, land and food systems. Matt has over 17 years of experience in sustainability, working with both global 500 and SMEs in the energy, manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and tourism sectors. Prior to joining Delphi, Matt was Director of Sustainability for Imaginea Energy, leading strategy efforts associated with and the development and production of clean hydrocarbons that support a circular economy. He is recognized as one of Canada's leading experts on energy system decarbonization and life cycle carbon intensity of energy products. Matt holds a Master of Environmental Design degree from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Resource Systems from the University of British Columbia. Before taking on her current role, Megan was the inaugural Executive Director of one of Delphi's sister organizations, Leading Change Canada, a national non-profit activating youth and young professionals to accelerate the shift to a low-carbon and socially just economy. In the decade prior to joining Leading Change she held positions with McGill University's Marcel Desautels Institute for Integrated Management (MDIIM) where she led sustainability and social economy files, the Centre for Energy Advancement through Technological Innovation (CEATI) managing global applied research projects in the electricity sector, and was Chair of the Sierra Youth Coalition's Executive Committee. Megan holds a BCom with a Major in Labour Relations from McGill University and a Masters in Environment and Business from the University of Waterloo's School of Environment, Enterprise, and Development (SEED). She is a certified Environmental Professional (EP) specializing in communications and public awareness. Melissa Harris

In a time of unprecedented change to the Canadian climate policy landscape, Melissa joined Delphi as the Director-Policy to help clients make sense of it all. Based in Toronto, she provides policy advisory and analytical support across numerous sectors. With nearly a decade of experience as a project manager and policy advisor, Melissa has expertise in climate policy, carbon markets, policy evaluation, and GHG regulatory development across North America and internationally. Prior to joining Delphi, Melissa was a Senior Policy Advisor with the Climate Change and Energy team at the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) where she was engaged on a diverse set of issues ranging from climate and energy policy development at all levels of government, to renewable energy and sustainable housing in the Arctic, to the international climate change negotiations. She has participated in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) negotiations since 2009, supporting government, civil society, and industry participation. She also worked as the Research and Project Manager at the Lawrence National Centre for Policy and Management at the Richard Ivey School of Business. Melissa has a Master of Political Science with a focus on Global Environmental Policy from the University of Western Ontario. Outside of Delphi, Melissa enjoys subjecting her friends and family to new recipes, and getting lost exploring new places. She and her husband are currently working together on a children's book on climate change.

Michaël Osman

Nimrah is a Consultant at Delphi focusing on GHG quantification and mitigation, ESG strategy, and sustainability reporting. Prior to joining Delphi, Nimrah worked in a wide variety of industries ranging from oil and gas, fertilizer to food manufacturing. More recently, Nimrah worked at Nestle Waters North America where she helped to implement lean six sigma techniques to improve productivity and reduce waste. She also conducted extensive data analysis to monitor progress of lean projects and report on performance and sustainability metrics. Additionally, Nimrah also volunteered at the BC Council for International Cooperation through which she worked with the City of Kelowna to help them report on their progress towards meeting the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Nimrah has a M.Eng. Chemical Engineering degree from the University of British Columbia (UBC). As a graduate student, Nimrah was a research fellow at the UBC Data Science for Social Good program. Stephan Wehr - VP

Stephan leads Delphi's work in the areas of greenhouse gas and air emission quantitative analysis and reduction planning, overseeing a diverse team trained in engineering and environmental disciplines. He is a leading Canadian expert on GHG emission quantification, reporting, and validation / verification standards and programs such as ISO 14064 and 14065, WRI/WBCSD GHG Protocol, and both regulated and voluntary reporting and offset systems. Stephan has energy and GHG-related experience with a wide range of economic sectors and activity areas - industrial and non-industrial, public and private - including: Agriculture Alternative fuels (e.g., biofuels, hydrogen) Commercial and residential buildings Forestry Manufacturing Mining Oil & gas (conventional, oil sands, LNG) Petro-chemicals Renewable and non-renewable electricity generation Retail and service sectors Transportation Waste diversion and management Prior to joining Delphi, Stephan served in policy analysis and issues management capacities with the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Ministry of Energy, and earned Bachelor and Master of Applied Science degrees in environmental / chemical engineering from the University of Toronto. He is also a past member of the Canadian Armed Forces. Outside of Delphi, Stephan enjoys cycling, games of all kinds, and hands-on pursuits such as gardening, model building, and home electrical wiring.

Summer Sullivan

As our Human Resources Generalist, Summer handles all things talent and culture at Profoundry. Creative, caring and charismatic, she works to strategically align our stars so they can make the impact we know they are capable of. But her style isn't all about performance and productivity. Rather, she focuses on fun and loves facilitating teambuilding games, cracking bad jokes and championing work-life balance. As Canada's first openly transgender Zamboni driver, Summer brings a unique passion and perspective towards facilitating workplace Diversity, Equality and Inclusion. After leaving the blue-collar trades and completing her human resources education, she gained extensive professional service experience working within the legal field. Her areas of expertise include talent acquisition, engagement and retention, conflict resolution, onboarding and offboarding, training and development, compensation structures, analyzing organizational behaviour and day-to-day HR administration. Summer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and History from the University of Ottawa and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College. As a regulated member of Ontario's Human Resources Professional Association, she is currently pursuing her CHRP designation. Outside of work, Summer spends her time playing guitar in two local bands, reading and thrifting.

Tara Garcia

Heading up the finance team, Tara is responsible for overseeing the financial operations for Delphi and its sister organizations. She is a key partner to business unit leaders as they strive to make a positive impact on the environment and maintain the financial health of the group of companies. Over the past 25+ years, Tara has gained experience within a range of industries including consumer goods and healthcare, providing strategic and financial expertise in progressive roles. Tara holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Tara lives near Britannia Beach in Ottawa with her husband, three sons and two Labradors. Outside of work, she likes to stay active with her family and can often be found at the local hockey rinks cheering on the boys, outside walking her two Labradors, or spending time at her cottage on PEI.

Ted Ferguson - CSR

As Chief Sustainability Officer for Profoundry, a group of organizations that includes Delphi, GLOBE Series, Leading Change, and Canadian Business for Social Responsibility (CBSR), Ted is responsible for ensuring we are working in accordance with our vision, and making steady progress towards it through the specific missions of each entity. Ted is also the Managing Director to CBSR and EXCEL, working along with their Executive Director and Program Director to ensure those initiatives are successful. Ted has over 25 years of experience working with leading-edge companies, governments and strategic initiatives to create value from combining business strategy and sustainability. Half of his experience has been with Delphi, helping business succeed through sustainability across most sectors of the economy, including: energy, food and beverage, retail, finance, telecom, manufacturing and transportation. He has delivered dozens of strategies for clients, and continues to work with many of them on ensuring successful implementation. He led Delphi as president from 2016 to the beginning of 2021. Prior to joining Delphi, Ted worked for BC Hydro, where he was responsible for corporate sustainability strategy, policy engagement on carbon regulations, and climate change risk management. He also helped develop the first set of rules and guidelines for the international emission markets while working at Foreign Affairs Canada. Ted began his career at the David Suzuki Foundation. Ted has a Masters Degree the University of Northern British Columbia and an Honours undergraduate degree from Trent University. Beyond Delphi, Ted leads an active and engaged life with his wife and two boys. He is a volunteer with Velo MSM, a group of mountain bikers creating trails at Mont Ste Marie in Quebec, and on the board of Club MSM, the alpine ski racing club at the same ski area. Ted also volunteers for greening activities at schools in Ottawa.

Tricia Price

Tricia Price has been working in finance for the past 30 year in two long term positions in two entirely different fields. The first part of her career was in the hospitality industry, starting with The Weston Ottawa and then moving to join The Westin Calgary two years later. Although she loved Calgary she eventually returned home to be closer to family and friends. Back in Ottawa she joined Westmount Hospitality Group as Hotel Accountant for the Travelodge Ottawa East. After cleaning up that office she was promoted to the Travelodge downtown on Queen Street which was then rebranded to The Radisson Hotel Ottawa. In 2005 after the birth of her second son she decided to make the move to municipal finance and became the Revenue/Accounts Receivable clerk with the Municipality of North Grenville where she lived, to be closer to home and be able to focus on raising the boys. 16 years later her boys having now grown into young men she was in search of a new career that would lead to more fulfillment and job satisfaction. She was happy to find this role that will allow her to blend her passion for customer services and accounting into a finance role with as organization that values staff and aspires to make a difference.

Victoria Courtois

Victoria is a Senior Consultant at Delphi. She specializes in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and the quantification of Greenhouse Gas emissions. She has extensive experience in research and analysis on topics such as environmental legislation, end of life of materials, and environmental impacts of materials. Prior to joining Delphi, Victoria gained 10 years of experience in Ecodesign and LCA in the rail industry. She influenced the design and the selection of materials to reduce the environmental impacts of the rail vehicles. She was lead Ecodesign engineer on complex, global projects. Victoria is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Dalhousie University. Victoria is fluent in English and French. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys exploring with her kids and reading books.

Walker Tottman

Job Titles:
  • Intern, Analyst
Walker (he/him, settler) has a background in cultural anthropology, political ecology, and discard studies. This means he knows a thing or two about waste, garbage, trash, and the ways that we as a society interact with - and relate to - objects and entities that are being disposed of. Walker has a skillset spanning qualitative literature reviews, thematic analyses, deep dives into spreadsheets and quantitative statistical analyses, as well as performing remote fieldwork, maintaining camp logistics, and teaching wilderness first aid. In the winter of 2023, Walker completed an MSc in Environmental Studies at the University of Victoria before joining the Delphi Group as an Analyst intern. Walker can be found hiking with his family, climbing, or writing amateur science fiction stories in his spare time (aside from picking up curbside coffee cups).
