As the Director of Corporate Sustainability and Reporting in Delphi's Calgary office, Adam specializes in sustainability reporting & ESG disclosure. He helps Canadian corporate clients build enterprise value and competitiveness by integrating sustainability considerations into their corporate strategy. Adam is passionate about helping companies make data-driven decisions to become more prosperous and sustainable. He works with companies across the economy on materiality assessments, baseline ESG inventories, governance modeling, ERM integration, sustainability reporting, communication planning, framework analysis, and peer benchmarking.
Adam kicked off his career working for a few start-up companies in the food production space. After managing a vertical farming start-up, Adam started his own company manufacturing container farms, allowing for a plug-and-play farming solution for urban centres and helping to increase food sovereignty in Alberta. This inspired his love of business, and he went on to receive an MBA in Global Energy Management and Sustainable Development from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. After graduating, he joined the Corporate Sustainability faculty, teaching other MBA/EMBA's about sustainability reporting and ESG disclosure. He has also held environmental conservation positions within Alberta Parks and Recreational facility management for YMCA Calgary.
In addition to his MBA, Adam has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sustainable Development (Hons.B.A.) from the University of Toronto, with a focus on environmental science and public policy.
When not in the office, Adam can be found swimming, hiking, or driving his VW Westfalia camper van to hidden camping spots across Western Canada. His love of the outdoors, gardening, and nature drives his passion for sustainability, and he lives by the decree that you "leave the campsite better than you found it."

Bolu is an Administrative Assistant with Delphi. She first joined the organization in October of 2022. As she loves lending out a helping hand in her personal life, she enjoys being able to incorporate that part of her life into her work life by helping members of the organization wherever she can. Along with a strong customer service background, Bolu also holds a Culinary Arts Degree from the Culinary Institute of Canada in Prince Edward Island.
Brahmjot Singh is a Senior Climate Analyst at Delphi, where he plays a key role in delivering climate solutions for clients, ensuring projects meet regulatory requirements and align with frameworks like TCFD. Brahmjot holds a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the University of Windsor. During his time at the University of Windsor, Brahmjot served as a sustainability peer educator, contributing to the development and implementation of various campus-wide sustainability initiatives.
Prior to joining Delphi, Brahmjot worked at Ernst & Young (EY) in sustainability consulting roles. He led third-party assurance projects, conducted climate-related gap analyses, and provided insights on sustainability strategy and reporting. His expertise includes evaluating environmental performance and assisting organizations in aligning with global sustainability standards.

As Delphi's Director of Sustainable Mobility, Cara supports public and private sector clients in being drivers of change, both within their organizations and across the country. She brings to the table considerable expertise in energy efficiency and clean energy for the transportation sector. Combining her creativity and keen attention to detail, she assists organizations in identifying the approaches required to decarbonize their operations, and in developing the necessary tools to implement their plans. Whether you operate on roads or on rails, whether you move people or freight, Cara can help.
Over two decades, she has worked with a range of clients including federal and provincial government departments, municipalities, educational institutions and industry associations. She is well-versed in both the technical and policy aspects of transportation and seamlessly combines these elements to illuminate pathways to setting and achieving your goals. Outside of Delphi, Cara can be found teaching yoga classes and training for triathlons.

As Senior Director, Climate Services, Claire focuses on building a partnership with clients to help them navigate the complexity of a low-carbon transition. Claire has a strong background in climate change and sustainability consulting, working with clients in Canada, the US, the UK and Europe and focusing on GHG inventories, target setting, decarbonization, stakeholder engagement, reporting and disclosures and climate risk. She has worked across industries including Real Estate, Private Equity, Asset Management, Financial Services, Healthcare, Agribusiness, IT and Transportation.
Claire grew up in South Africa and gained an interest in sustainability and climate change through her travels, and through her love for the outdoors and nature, particularly the nature of her childhood. She completed an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology at McMaster University, followed by a year of teaching outdoor education in the UK. She returned to Canada to complete a Master's in Environmental Studies at the University of Waterloo and then worked for two years in the sustainability field in Scotland before returning to Canada (again) and starting her consulting career. In past years she has worked for two smaller consulting organizations in Canada and also completed two years as Senior Manager of Climate Change at ERM, overseeing the Canadian climate change team. Claire has completed a number of courses in project management, consulting and climate risk and is certified in Sustainability and Climate Risk through GARP.
Claire is a mom to three young children and when not working, can generally be found convincing her family to join her on some new (generally rather ambitious) adventure. She loves to hike, camp, run, canoe trip, travel, and in recent years has started in the world of crossfit and triathlons.
Craig is the Operations Manager, supporting the Operations Director and the broader Delphi team. Prior to joining Delphi, Craig studied at Carleton University and worked in the field of aircraft de-icing operations. Outside of Delphi, he enjoys making music and spending time outdoors with family and friends
David is a Consultant at Delphi, focused on climate-related risk assessments, scenario analysis, and TCFD reporting.
David spent over 12 years in the upstream oil and gas industry as a geoscientist in various senior technical roles, including 7 years with the international energy major ENI SpA. His experience with numerous energy and resource development projects in 14 countries throughout Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America gave him a broad understanding of both the challenges and opportunities of the global energy transition. Combined with his expertise in geoscience, David brings a strategic and technical approach to helping organizations assess and manage climate risk and find opportunities in a low-carbon economy.
David holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics from the University of Calgary and a SCR certificate from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
Outside of work, David spends his free time climbing and skiing in the Canadian Rockies with his family.
As a Delphi consultant, David supports and manages client projects for Delphi's Sustainability Services and Greenhouse Gas Management Services. David helps clients translate energy, carbon, and sustainability information into strategic decisions to advance corporate sustainability programming and carbon management.
David is a ‘sustainability chameleon' with six years of experience in the sustainability and carbon management field. David leads numerous corporate carbon inventories, contributes to sustainability strategy development, and helps clients improve their CSR Reporting practices. David also plays a key role in supporting Delphi's sustainability benchmarking services and supports client implementation of the Delphi Trident software. Prior to Delphi, David worked as a Sustainability Program Specialist at the University of Toronto Sustainability Office and as a Carbon Analyst at Zerofootprint Software, Inc.
David has an interdisciplinary educational background in environmental resource management and a Master of Arts degree, with a concentration in business and sustainability, from the University of Toronto.
In his spare time, David is an outdoor enthusiast, foodie, hockey lover, and wannabe traveler. He is also committed to creating a sustainable world outside of Delphi, and is a member of the executive team for Connecting Environmental Professionals Toronto.
Diana will be overseeing the day-to-day financial activities primarily focussing on invoicing and is also responsible for all aspects of financial reporting for all constellation companies.
Prior to joining Delphi, Diana was the Accounting Analyst for the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, where she was responsible for the financial reporting, month-end and budget processes and leading the annual external financial audit.
Diana is currently working towards completing her CPA designation. She has successfully passed all the required exams and is now working towards finishing the final months of the required experience.
In her spare time Diana enjoys spending time with her friends, family and dog Bentley the Shih Tzu. She loves running, hiking, yoga and played university varsity soccer throughout her undergrad. Diana also loves to travel and is a huge football fan. Go Pats go!!

Prior to this role, Carol-Ann led the Delphi Innovation and Cleantech team, which works with the private and public sectors to accelerate the deployment and commercialization of clean solutions, strategic planning, as well as technology road mapping and market scenarios. The team also leverages clean technology partnerships to deliver B2B programming for the GLOBE Series, which convenes the innovators and changemakers that aim to accelerate the clean economy.
Carol-Ann brings over 20 years of experience in clean innovation. Her international and multidisciplinary experience focuses on the environment/energy nexus, encompassing a broad range of issues including emissions trading, policy analysis and formulation, and program development; and clean technology assessment, development and commercialization.
Carol-Ann was formerly the Director of Offsets Development and Industry Relations for Climate Change Central, and a Policy Advisor in the Air Quality and Climate Change Branch of the Ontario Ministry of the Environment. She has a PhD in Geography, focusing on wind power commercialization, and a Master of Science in Environmental Change & Management, from the University of Oxford.
Carol-Ann is a Director for the All One Sky Foundation, a not-for-profit, charitable organization established to help vulnerable populations at the crossroads of energy and climate change. Carol-Ann is a proud member of Canada's Clean50 for 2020, as well as the Clean16 for 2020 - the leader in her category. Beyond Delphi, Carol-Ann is fortunate to make the most of the Rocky Mountain activities in all seasons with her husband, teenage daughters and 3 dogs.

As a Senior Consultant at Delphi, Eleanor is dedicated to helping clients address complex and emerging issues in the fields of climate risk and sustainable finance, while navigating the transition to a low-carbon economy.
Eleanor built her expertise working at the Bank of England, the UK's central bank, where she established their internal approach to climate risk quantification, risk management, and disclosure. She also supported the Prudential Regulation Authority's regulatory initiatives, including the development of supervisory expectations on climate risk management and its approach to climate stress testing.
Prior to joining Delphi, Eleanor was a Manager at Deloitte UK, where she supported global financial services clients to quantify, manage and report on their climate-related risks, conduct climate scenario analysis, and develop and implement net zero strategies and transition plans.
Throughout her career, Eleanor has participated in several international regulatory and finance forums on climate, including the Network for Greening the Financial System (a consortium of central banks and regulators), and the UK's Climate Financial Risk Forum (a regulator-led forum of financial services participants). In these fora, Eleanor collaborated with international industry participants to develop and publish best practice approaches to addressing climate-related risks in the financial sector.
Eleanor holds a bachelor's degree in economics, a post-grad certificate in financial regulation and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Ese is a Toronto-based Consultant with Delphi's Corporate Sustainability team, bringing over 10 years of experience leading sustainability and environmental impact projects across West Africa, Europe, and North America.
She has worked globally in academia (University of Benin), development (United Nations), and energy (Shell PLC). Her expertise spans sustainability reporting, environmental impact assessments, regulatory compliance, climate advisory, and managing decarbonization projects.
She holds a Bachelor's in Environmental Biology, a Master's in Environmental Science, and a PhD in Environmental Biology from the University of Benin. Ese is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Senior Lead Auditor for Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), Canadian Board-Certified Environmental Professional in Training (EPt), and certified in Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900).

Garrett is a seasoned financial service professional with a passion for creating a flourishing and sustainable finance sector that is socially just. As Director of Sustainable Finance, Garrett's focus is to navigate his clients through the complex and everchanging landscape that is sustainable finance.
Throughout his career Garrett has worked for multiple financial institutions and insurance companies in various roles and departments. His breadth of experience and knowledge enables him to tackle problems from multiple angles and generate creative and comprehensive solutions. One of the biggest challenges he has been investigating is the intersection of finance, regulation, sustainability, and innovation and the transition to an environmentally and socially balanced economy. While working towards his Masters, he analyzed the integration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) material indicators into the credit risk management process. Through his analysis he discovered multiple risks and opportunities that the financial sector will face on the path to net-zero.
Prior to joining Delphi, Garrett was ESG project lead for one of Canada's largest credit unions. This undertaking culminated with the organization becoming only the second Canadian credit union to obtain an ESG rating. Their Inaugural ESG rating of 18.6 low risk was nothing short of excellent and demonstrated that they were among the most socially conscious financial institutions in Canada.

Halima is the Operations Coordinator to Delphi and the broader organization. Prior to joining Delphi, Halima held administrative and coordination positions in the consulting and not-for-profit spaces. She holds a Diploma in Computer Programming from Algonquin College and is currently pursing her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute.
In her spare time Halima volunteers with youth, enjoys cycling, visits local cafés, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Helena Teng is an Intern Analyst providing both research, analytical, and strategic support for the sustainability team. She holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences from McMaster University and is currently completing her Master of Science in Sustainability Management at the University of Toronto. Prior to joining Delphi, Helena worked at Good & Well, a boutique impact investment firm in Toronto, supporting the development of impact measurement and management frameworks across the portfolio and conducting due diligence. Isla Milne is a Consultant at Delphi, providing research and analytical support for the sustainability team. She holds degrees in science (M.Sc. Environmental science from Queen's University), and policy (M.Sc. Environmental Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics), and has worked as a research assistant and lecturer in the business department at McGill University. Her previous research includes tracking evolving ESG risks as they relate to business risks/opportunities, in-depth analysis of environmental policies, and climate-related data collection in remote areas of Kenya. In a previous role, she conducted market research for emerging green technologies at Green Center Canada, whose mission is to accelerate chemistry solutions that advance both the economy and the environment. Prior to joining Delphi, Laura worked for Imperial Oil in a variety of technical and leadership positions. Most recently she was the Environmental & Regulatory Lead for the Nanticoke Refinery where she oversaw compliance to environmental legislation and supported the business in identifying focus areas to improve environmental and sustainability performance. Laura has broad experience in interpreting and implementing environmental policies, with a focus in the areas of air quality, air emissions management, and GHG emissions, and enjoys combining her technical background and policy proficiency to assess the impact of regulation on industrial operations, identify mitigation pathways and strategies, and quantify emissions reductions.

Matt found his way into sustainability through a pair of skis. After dropping out of engineering school for a ski bum's #vanlife (before hashtags were even a thing), he became increasingly aware of how our understanding and consumption of energy and resources shape our relationship with the economy and environment. Since moving to Canada to finish school, he has built a career integrating sustainability, design thinking and cross-sectoral innovation into business strategy and operations. As a Senior Director at Delphi, he advises many of Canada's leading public and private sector organizations on sustainability and climate strategy, with a focus on the intersection of energy, technology, land and food systems.
Matt has over 17 years of experience in sustainability, working with both global 500 and SMEs in the energy, manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and tourism sectors. Prior to joining Delphi, Matt was Director of Sustainability for Imaginea Energy, leading strategy efforts associated with and the development and production of clean hydrocarbons that support a circular economy. He is recognized as one of Canada's leading experts on energy system decarbonization and life cycle carbon intensity of energy products.
Matt holds a Master of Environmental Design degree from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Resource Systems from the University of British Columbia. He is also an Energy Futures Lab Ambassador, supporting the Lab's efforts to deliver the energy system innovation that will enable Canada to compete in a net-zero world.
Megan's career and organizing efforts over more than a decade have largely centered on sustainability projects and programs in the context of complex social, administrative, and technical systems. As a Consultant with the Delphi she brings her experience in project management, facilitation, strategic planning, research, and report writing to both internal and client-facing projects.
Before taking on her current role, Megan was the inaugural Executive Director of one of Delphi's sister organizations, Leading Change Canada, a national non-profit activating youth and young professionals to accelerate the shift to a low-carbon and socially just economy. In the decade prior to joining Leading Change she held positions with McGill University's Marcel Desautels Institute for Integrated Management (MDIIM) where she led sustainability and social economy files, the Centre for Energy Advancement through Technological Innovation (CEATI) managing global applied research projects in the electricity sector, and was Chair of the Sierra Youth Coalition's Executive Committee.
Megan holds a BCom with a Major in Labour Relations from McGill University and a Masters in Environment and Business from the University of Waterloo's School of Environment, Enterprise, and Development (SEED). She is a certified Environmental Professional (EP) specializing in communications and public awareness.
Outside of work hours Megan enjoys browsing used bookstores, transforming clay on a pottery wheel, running long distances, and seeking out epic vistas in the Pacific Northwest with her partner and son. She also dabbles in cartooning and has lofty aspirations of one day being published in The New Yorker (or at least winning the caption contest)

In a time of unprecedented change to the Canadian climate policy landscape, Melissa joined Delphi as the Director-Policy to help clients make sense of it all. Based in Toronto, she provides policy advisory and analytical support across numerous sectors. With nearly a decade of experience as a project manager and policy advisor, Melissa has expertise in climate policy, carbon markets, policy evaluation, and GHG regulatory development across North America and internationally.
Prior to joining Delphi, Melissa was a Senior Policy Advisor with the Climate Change and Energy team at the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) where she was engaged on a diverse set of issues ranging from climate and energy policy development at all levels of government, to renewable energy and sustainable housing in the Arctic, to the international climate change negotiations. She has participated in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) negotiations since 2009, supporting government, civil society, and industry participation. She also worked as the Research and Project Manager at the Lawrence National Centre for Policy and Management at the Richard Ivey School of Business. Melissa has a Master of Political Science with a focus on Global Environmental Policy from the University of Western Ontario.
Outside of Delphi, Melissa enjoys subjecting her friends and family to new recipes, and getting lost exploring new places. She and her husband are currently working together on a children's book on climate change.
Mike leads Profoundry, an innovative collective of like-minded organizations that includes Delphi, GLOBE Series, CBSR and Leading Change Canada. Their combined mission is to identify, connect, and support the global community of change makers so that, together, they can build a sustainable, prosperous, and socially just future in a generation. As CEO, Mike is responsible for Profoundry's strategic direction, growth, and impact.
For over three decades, Mike has advised senior executives, domestic and international leaders, corporations, and governments on how to create long-term value by addressing environmental, social, and economic risks and opportunities. He is a sought-after speaker and has presented to numerous corporate boards and at some of the most prestigious sustainability conferences and events in and outside of Canada.
Mike is also the co-founder of two not-for-profit organizations: the Climate Reality Project Canada and Leading Change Canada. He regularly engages and mentors emerging leaders and entrepreneurs who are passionate about making a difference.

Based out of Toronto, Natalie is an analyst at Delphi, where she plays a pivotal role in supporting the climate change team. Equipped with a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen's University and currently pursuing a Master of Environment and Sustainability from Western University, Natalie possesses a strong technical foundation for tackling complex challenges.
Prior to joining Delphi, Natalie worked in various roles within the construction industry, contributing to key phases of multiple infrastructure projects. These positions allowed her to gain expertise in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and effective team leadership. At Delphi, Natalie leverages her industry experience and her passion for sustainability to drive impactful climate solutions, actively advancing her dedication to sustainable practices.

Patty Zhao joined the company as a Financial Analyst within the Finance team. She is responsible for day-to-day financial activities and reporting.
Prior to joining the company, Patty accumulated 10 years' experience in accounting and financial auditing. She dedicated over six years to her role as a Lead Accounting Analyst at GE Digital Shanghai, and her career started as an Auditor in Mazars accounting firm.
Patty holds a Master's degree in Science in Management from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, and she is currently pursuing her CPA designation through McMaster University's online program.
Originally from China, Patty started on a new chapter in her life by relocating to Canada in late 2021. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Phil brings to Delphi a technical skillset developed through an education in chemical engineering and experience with environmental technologies and processes. He previously worked on projects for the Ontario BioCar Initiative while researching biodegradable plastics at the University of Toronto. He also gained experience in the scale-up of clean processes while working at Vale's hydromet nickel processing plant in Argentia, NL.
Phil has a Master of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University. He most recently completed a Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Development at the School of Public Policy and Administration, Carleton University.

Rachael is the Administrative Lead and EA to the President and CEO, and also provides administrative support to the broader organization. Prior to joining Delphi in 2011, Rachael held administrative positions within the health and wellness sector and Carleton University. She holds a BA in English Literature from Carleton University.
Rachael enjoys gardening, upcycling, and spending time at her family's farm.

Samantha is a Toronto-based Analyst specializing in Climate Change and Sustainable Finance. She holds a Master of Environment and Sustainability from Western University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Queen's University. Her academic background equips her with a deep understanding of the science behind climate change and sustainability challenges, as well as the technical expertise and strategic insight to develop impactful solutions.
Samantha brings valuable experience from the finance sector, having interned with Scotiabank's Global Sustainability team, where she supported their net-zero and climate-related finance commitments. Beyond finance, she has contributed to impactful initiatives in the non-profit sector. At The Atmospheric Fund, she applied data analysis to generate valuable insights for their EV Station Fund program. Additionally, with Elements Society, an environmental education non-profit, she fostered environmental awareness and inspired engagement among diverse audiences. She believes that awareness and education are pivotal drivers in the transition to a net-zero economy.
Outside of work, Samantha loves to get outside - her favourite activities include skiing, hiking and swimming. Indoors, she loves to cozy up with a good book - and appreciates recommendations!
As a member of Delphi's senior management team, Stephan is driven to help clients profitably achieve significant near-term reductions in greenhouse gas emissions and other sustainability benefits. Stephan leads Delphi's work in the areas of greenhouse gas and air emission quantitative analysis and reduction planning, overseeing a diverse team trained in engineering and environmental disciplines. He is a leading Canadian expert on GHG emission quantification, reporting, and validation / verification standards and programs such as ISO 14064 and 14065, WRI/WBCSD GHG Protocol, and both regulated and voluntary reporting and offset systems.
He has managed an extensive number of Delphi projects, including development of GHG inventories, offset protocols, offset project documentation, energy and GHG management strategies, and analytical tools (such as Delphi Trident®), and has worked directly with leading standards and accreditation bodies, such as ANSI, CSA, and ISO, to deliver carbon accounting and validation/verification training to a range of audiences.
Stephan has energy and GHG-related experience with a wide range of economic sectors and activity areas - industrial and non-industrial, public and private - including:

He is also a past member of the Canadian Armed Forces. Outside of Delphi, Stephan enjoys cycling, games of all kinds, and hands-on pursuits such as gardening, model building, and home electrical wiring.

Victoria is a Senior Consultant at Delphi. She specializes in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and the quantification of Greenhouse Gas emissions. She has extensive experience in research and analysis on topics such as environmental legislation, end of life of materials, and environmental impacts of materials.
Prior to joining Delphi, Victoria gained 10 years of experience in Ecodesign and LCA in the rail industry. She influenced the design and the selection of materials to reduce the environmental impacts of the rail vehicles. She was lead Ecodesign engineer on complex, global projects.
Victoria is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Dalhousie University. Victoria is fluent in English and French.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys exploring with her kids and reading books.
