He became licensed to practice dentistry in Arizona in 1984, the same year he opened his General Dentistry practice in Glendale. Dr. Hughes\' service to organized dentistry began when he joined the American Student Dental Association, which elected him National Vice President 1983-84. Since then, he has served in many capacities, including but not limited to President of AzDA from 2010 to 2011, President of the Central Arizona Dental Society, Executive Director Search Committee in 2008, Alternate Delegate to the ADA, AzDA Board Liaison to Midwestern University School of Dental Medicine (Glendale, AZ), AzDA Council on Budget and Planning, AzDA Council on Nominations and Elections, and Board of Directors of AzDA Services, Inc., the wholly owned subsidiary of the Arizona Dental Association. As former President of the Arizona Dental Association, Dr. Hughes represented AzDA to government agencies and civic/professional organizations. He served on association councils and committees, appointed chairs to those groups and served as a Delegate to the American Dental Association. Jared A. Hailing from the greater Chicago area, Dr. Tim Giroux established his own dental practice in Scottsdale, Arizona, upon graduation from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 1983. Relocating to Northern California with his wife, Mona Chang, DDS (LLUSD '84) upon selling his highly successful practice after 15 years, Dr Giroux brings a unique perspective and personal experience in dental associateships, practice start-up, sales, and work-back situations to serve and assist you during your exciting transition! Tom Wolff

Tom Wolff rejoined the ADS MidAmerica team in December 2017 and became an equity partner in July 2019. He will be working in a multi-dimensional capacity across the office, which includes valuation and analysis, marketing, and all facets of the brokerage side of the business. Prior to ADSMA, Tom owned and operated a career management consultancy that specialized in personal branding for executive-level clients. Tom's experience managing multiple complex projects and delivering an elite level of service to a discerning client base will be an immediate asset at ADSMA. Tom and his wife Corinne recently welcomed their fourth daughter into the world. With Claire (7), Violet (5), Paige (1) and Sadie (baby), their days are spent on the soccer fields, at the dance studio or anywhere else their kids need to be. He is looking forward to working with Dr. Wolff and the rest of team and continuing the 25-year tradition of serving dentists across the Midwest.

Dr. Paul Radman, DDS, practiced endodontics in Dallas for 39 years. During this time, Dr. Radman also served on the faculty of three schools, lecturing extensively on clinical endodontics and different business issues tied to practicing.
