David is Vice President of Investments DKGB Financial Group. He has over 20 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Alternative Assets, Risk Management, and Insurance. David received his B.A. in Finance and from Illinois State University in 1991 and is currently working toward his Certified Financial Planner designation.
He has a diverse history of investment experience and as such is prepared to assist you with financial decisions. David started his career as a commodity futures and options broker at the Chicago Board of Trade consulting for international corporate Agri-Business companies. David focuses most of his time on his clients Financial Planning and Asset Management needs.
David is an active member of the Tucson Community as a past Board member of the Blair Charity Group, the Tucson chapter of Alport Syndrome Foundation, and a member of the Arizona Technology Council. He holds a Shodan in Traditional Okinowan Martial Arts and taught karate to children for several years. He is currently working on his second Shodan in Matsuno Ryu Goshinjitsu. David, his wife of 23 years Nicole, his son Denali, daughter's Anya, Layla, and Hava enjoy laughing, cooking, hiking, camping and traveling.

Janet Baker joined former broker-dealer First Financial Equity Corporation in January 2020 with over 30 years of experience in financial management and financial planning. Originally from Canada, Janet graduated with honors from Queen's University at Kingston Ontario. She is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), as well as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA™). Janet is also a trained mediator and is a member of the Collaborative Law Group of Southern Arizona.
Having owned and operated a successful small business, and having experienced the loss of loved ones unexpectedly, as well as a divorce, Janet knows firsthand the importance of financial planning and is passionately committed to educating and serving her clients. Her areas of experience include budgeting, survivor needs, education funding, investing and asset allocation, tax management, retirement planning, estate planning, cross-border planning, and divorce financial planning.
Janet is on the Advisory Board for Divorce Recovery and is dedicated to providing emotional, educational support to members of the Tucson community whose families are going through divorce. Janet is a frequent speaker for the Pima County Bar and Arizona State Bar on financial issues as they relate to divorce.
When not in her office, Janet can be found on the golf course or traveling the globe in search of interesting places and things to photograph.
LaShaun is a Wealth Manager with DKGB. She is from Miami, FL and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Accounting and an MBA from Florida A&M University. She began her career working as an auditor and consultant for a public accounting firm in Miami, FL, where she specialized in the financial services industry. After her husband's job relocated their family to Southern Arizona, LaShaun's passion for client service and the financial services industry led her to join the DKGB team.
LaShaun is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®) and is currently finishing up her CFP® requirements.
Outside of work, LaShaun enjoys watching basketball, volunteering with the youth ministry at her church, and games/movie nights with her husband and children.
He was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. but has gained experience living all over the southwest. After graduating from the University of Arizona, Larry moved to Las Vegas, but he could not escape the lure of the Sonoran desert. So after seven years, he moved back to Tucson. Where he met his wife Goldie. She has come to the realization that her name is now Goldie Goldstein.
Larry and his wife Goldie recently added Charles to their family. When he is not chasing Sylvia & Charlie around. He enjoys Crossfit, Golf, Juggling and Twisting Balloons into all kinds of things.
Lyle entered the financial services industry right after completing a Bachelor's degree in Business at the University of Arizona in 1974. For over four decades Lyle has developed long term relationships with many clients and brings a "holistic" approach to financial planning. That approach means many of his clients have Lyle handle their personal investments and retirement accounts, as well as personal life and disability insurance, health insurance and long term care insurance needs. In addition, Lyle works with small businesses by offering employee benefits including 401(k) and other retirement plans and employee benefits.
Lyle and his wife Darlene enjoy vacation travel to Mexico, as well as spending time with their grandson Aiden with daughter Alissa's family in Tucson and grandchildren Alaria and Griffin with son Alex's family in Chicago.

Parker is a Tucson Native who graduated from The University of Arizona in May with a degree in Personal and Family Financial Planning. During his time at the University, he completed the Six week New Start Leadership program, while excelling in his coursework. He particularly enjoyed the Estate, Insurance, and Investment courses. He plans to sit for the CFP exam and obtain his securities licenses within the next year.
Parker's goal is to become a Financial Planner so he can create comprehensive financial plans that help clients and friends build the confidence of financial future they deserve. In his free time Parker spends his time hiking, jogging, camping, and enjoying the outdoors with his three dogs. He also plays in the Tucson Adult Soccer League.
