Residential Mortgage Management I LLC (the manager of Residential Distressed Mortgage Opportunity I LLC) is a joint venture between Pikes Peak Capital LLC and PEMCO Capital Management. Pikes Peak Capital (PPC) and PEMCO Capital Management (PCM) are both opportunistic buyers of distressed residential assets and loans. Over the past 5 years, our teams have deployed and managed approximately $60M in AUM. PEMCO Capital Management, its senior management team, and its predecessor companies have purchased over $250M in loans from 75 counterparties in 113 transactions...
