Andrei Senyuk

Job Titles:

Andrei is responsible for creating, constructing and implementing index selection methodologies and calculating final index results. Prior to joining S-Network, Andrei interned at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley in the Wealth Management division. Andrei graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Management Information Systems.

Dalton Easterwood

Job Titles:
  • Director of Index Production
Dalton is the Director of Index Production. He is responsible for all aspects of S-Network's Index Production Services, which manages over 300 proprietary and custom indexes through EOD index calculation, corporate action research and handling, and file generation. He is also responsible for the development and on-going maintenance of S-Network's Benchmark Index suite, which consists of over ninety indexes that divide the global equity market based on various market capitalization sizes, styles, sectors, and regions. Prior to joining S-Network, Dalton served as a research assistant at 7Twelve Advisors, LLC, and a Registered Assistant at Girard Securities, Inc. where he obtained his FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses. Dalton is a CFA charterholder and graduated magna cum laude with a BBA in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University.

George Wolfe

Job Titles:
  • Senior Quantitative Analyst
George is responsible for index optimization, factor model research and quantitative modeling. He also develops and monitors S-Network's quality control processes for data and output consistency and accuracy and maintains the firm's EOD calculation engine. Prior to S-Network, George served as the Director of Quantitative and Risk Analytics at US Trust where he managed the firm's Enterprise portfolio risk management system, developed a method to measure security selection skill using noise filters, implemented approaches for manager evaluation for the CIO, and established the company's first AIMR compliant investment area. George was also a Principal at Wilshire Associates. During his sixteen years at Wilshire, he was responsible for the growth and development of several of Wilshire's financial services, and assisted many large custodial organizations with the development of performance evaluation reporting. George has a PhD in Neurophysiology, and prior to working at Wilshire Associates, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow and Assistant Professor at the Brain Research Institute at UCLA School of Medicine. George graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Engineering Science.

Jack Eisenreich

Jack is on the Index Operations team and participates in development and maintenance. Prior to joining S-Network, Jack Interned at Cantor Fitzgerald on their ETF trading desk. Jack graduated from University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in economics and minoring in philosophy.

Kelly Spector - COO

Kelly Spector is the COO of Alerian, a leading independent index provider focused on building innovative, index-based investment strategies with over $23 billion in total assets tracking its indexes. Kelly is responsible for the global operations of Alerian and its subsidiaries, including S-Network. In this role, Kelly's areas of responsibility include strategy development and implementation, staffing, risk assessment, quality control and index production process and efficiency. Kelly brings over 25 years of experience in indexing and the broader financial markets. Prior to joining Alerian, Kelly spent over 20 years at Nasdaq where she held leadership roles in Corporate Development, Corporate Services, Indexing and Information Services businesses. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Connecticut College and a Master's in Business Administration from The George Washington University.

Kenny Feng - Founder

Kenny Feng is Co-Founder of Alerian, which equips investors to make informed decisions about energy infrastructure and Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs). Prior to Alerian, Kenny was Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of SteelPath, a Dallas-based MLP investment manager. He previously covered MLPs, Electric and Gas Utilities, and Diversified Gas Companies at Goldman Sachs in the firm's Global Investment Research Division. Kenny graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA charterholder.

Mr. John L. Jacobs

Mr. John L. Jacobs has served as a director of tZERO since September 2020. Mr. Jacobs currently serves as Chairman of Alerian, Founder and CEO of Q3 Advisors, LLC, Board Member of ProCure Funds and US Bank LiFT Board, and Executive Director of the Center for Financial Markets and Policy. And an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. Mr. Jacobs previously served The Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq") in a variety of positions, starting his career with the firm in 1983. He most recently served as Senior Advisor and Principal Consultant to Nasdaq's CEO and President, where he was responsible for reviewing potential opportunities in the index and data business, and supporting product and business development efforts. Prior to that, Mr. Jacobs served as Nasdaq's Chief Marketing Officer and EVP for the Global Marketing Group and the EVP of the Global Information Services Group. As CMO, he led all aspects of the company's brand, from strategy to execution, and carried out a transformation of the company's image from a national brand in U.S. stocks, to a global leader for diversified financial services. Jacobs established and built the Global Index Group from the ground up, and created one of the largest ETF fund families in the world with the launch of Nasdaq's Fund business, built on his creation of QQQ - the ETF tracking the Nasdaq-100 Index. Mr. Jacobs earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and a Master's in Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland. Mr. Jacobs is also a certified public accountant.

Robert Hughes - Chief Commercial Officer

Robert Hughes is the Chief Commercial Officer for Alerian and S-Network Global Indexes. Hughes has over 25 years of experience in financial services and expertise in managing global licensing, client service, internal/external sales teams and strategic relationships. In his current role, Hughes is responsible for all facets of the Alerian business development and distribution strategy. This includes listening to asset managers', insurance carriers' and banks' business needs, developing solutions and licensing indexes while ensuring best-in-class service and distribution support. Previously, Hughes was the Global Head of Index and Advisor Solutions of Nasdaq, where he managed the global index licensing effort, ran the client services division, and oversaw the Dorsey Wright RIA distribution. Prior to Nasdaq, Hughes was the Director of Business Development at CapitalBridge where he was National Sales Manager. Hughes holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a Monogram winner for the university's nationally-renowned football team, under the leadership of the legendary Lou Holtz.

Sarah Grieco

Sarah is the Senior Sales Associate of Alerian and S-Network Global Indexes. In her current role, Grieco is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, constructing due diligence reports, and executing on various client support initiatives and requests. Grieco's expertise covers the general indexing landscape, index construction, distribution oversight and regulatory management. Sarah earned an MFA in Communication Arts from the New York Institute of Technology in Manhattan.

Stacey Morris

Stacey Morris is the Director of Research at Alerian, which equips investors to make informed decisions about energy infrastructure and Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs). Ms. Morris engages with the investment community to increase awareness of the Alerian Index Series and support broader understanding of the role that midstream assets play in North American energy markets. Ms. Morris was previously the Investor Relations Manager for Alon USA Energy, overseeing investor communications for the corporation and its variable distribution MLP, Alon USA Partners. Prior to Alon, she covered the integrated majors and refiners at Raymond James as a Senior Associate in the firm's Equity Research Division. Ms. Morris graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stetson University and is a CFA charterholder.

Zack Truelson

Zack is responsible for designing and implementing methods of calculating statistics for the company's indexes, including routine updates and custom analyses for internal and client requests. The processes include researching data availability, data wrangling, building calculation templates, and determining the most appropriate mathematical procedures. Zack also participates in documenting index methodologies and advising on technology requirements where index data is involved. Previously at Alerian and S-Network Global Indexes, Zack served in technology and marketing roles. Prior to joining Alerian and S-Network Global Indexes, he served as a Research Assistant in the Political Science Department at Stony Brook University, and as a Sales Assistant at Harri. Zack graduated magna cum laude from Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD, with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Art.
