We work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Services in our office almost always fall under dental, not medical coverage... We are in network for Delta Dental and out of network for all other insurance companies. As a courtesy, we will bill treatment to other insurance companies so that you may be reimbursed according to your plan provisions. We will also preauthorize treatment on request to other dental insurances. All balances are your responsibility whether your insurance pays or not. We are not Medicare or CenCal providers... We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Our fees are usual and customary for our area. Payment is due at the time service is rendered. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. You will receive a monthly statement for any open balance and your prompt remittance is appreciated.
