My postgraduate training specialised in the four main types of therapy; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Intersubjective. Having the experience of applying these types of therapy truly allows me to specify treatment to each client's unique needs.
