An established and respected academic with the fields of business and digital transformation, Dr Hizir has graduated from Fordham University (BS Business Administration), New York University Stern School of Business (MBA) and the London School of Commerce (DBA)... Dr Zeynep's DBA thesis entitled ‘Robotic Process Automation in Institutional Investment Management' researched and established a best practice in implementing RPA of a large investment management firm operating in the UK financial services industry. The three-year research was undertaken whilst Dr Hizir worked at MetLife, who provided her with support and a working framework to help her undertake the research.
