Agnes Kang

A lead trainer for numerous in-house accredited training programs, Agnes is also highly skilled at working with senior management to identify the organisation's training needs. Through her years of training stints with NTUC Learning Hub, Agnes has delivered numerous soft skills and related management training courses on Leadership Essentials, Decision-making influence, Coaching for Growth, Presentation Skills, Body Language. Among the WSQ soft skills that she has conducted include Adapt to Change, Develop Personal Effectiveness, Emotional Competence, Communicate and Relate Effectively at the Workplace, Provide Go-The-Extra Mile Service and SPRING Singapore's Service Award (WXSA) workshops. A highly effective and well-liked trainer, Agnes achieves an average evaluation rating of 96% for her training effectiveness. Agnes has honed her training techniques from the male-dominated technical personnel in the transportation industries and her training stints at the Prisons for the male inmates. She has been constantly lauded for her soft but assertive hands-on approaches to win over her trainees' trust. Among the many large organisations who have benefitted from her training include Walmart, SMRT Corp, National University Hospital etc.

Albert Kho

Albert is a communication specialist with real-life, hands-on experience in all his areas of specialisation. He has trained cross-cultural audiences overseas including ASEAN countries, Maldives, and Mauritius. With a personal interest in the area of Service Excellence, Albert regularly conducts service quality trainings for private organisations. Since 2001, Albert has conducted more than 800 workshops in business writing, presentation skills, interpersonal communications, sales & marketing, customer service, personal effectiveness, and performance management. His diversified training specialities also see him running workshops on "Professional Presentation Skills" for DSO National Laboratories, "Presenting with Confidence & Ease" and "Workplace Communication for Effective Performance Management" for MINDEF / Centre for Management (CMD), "Effective Coaching & Mentoring Skills, "Positive Influence at Work" and "Positive Conflict at Work" for the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). Besides providing customised training workshops for businesses and organisations with clients coming from MNCs, government agencies and training institutes, Albert has also conducted spoken English workshops under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' "Initiative for ASEAN Integration" programme in four countries namely, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar. Albert also runs regular train-the-trainer workshops. Ann has more than 8 yrs of experience as a Senior Assessor for SPRING under the Business Excellence Framework and has the privilege to assess numerous world-class organisations, both in the public and private sectors. She is also a certified Contact Center Professional(COPC), Six Sigma Specialist(COPC), Certified Correspondence Writer(OCBC), & ACTA Certified Trainer (WSQ). Her passionate in pursuit of service excellence has won her awards and accolades, including Best Call Center Manager Singapore, Best Leadership Contribution in Customer Service Excellence Asia Pacific and Best Division Leader in the "Leadership" category in a local Bank. She is an invited speaker for many national conferences, government organizations covering topics of Contact Center Management & Technological Implementation, Customer Relationship Management and Customer Excellence Journey.

Christina Wong - Managing Director

Christina's specialization is in service excellence, professional image, communication skills, leadership, coaching for management, team collaboration for senior management, management strategies and train-the-trainer. She conducts CEO Workshops for the group of CEOs from the largest private healthcare conglomerate in Malaysia. She also specializes in the healthcare sector and works closely with organisations in the industry to identify learning needs, design and implement results-impacting measures to attain a leading position in the industry. With her strong healthcare background, she provides value-added service excellence training to more than 20 hospitals in the region. Christina has served as the Head of Patient Service and Front Office at Gleneagles Hospital, one of Asia's largest and leading private healthcare organisations. During her 7-year tenure, she has successfully helped the organisation establish itself as a 6-star private healthcare provider by coaching and training the frontline staff to consistently deliver the highest levels of service to both internal service partners and external customers.

Clare Poon

Clare is an avid Specialist Adult Educator (SAE) who has expertise in developing competency framework and training curriculum; facilitating workshops using blended learning approaches; enabling workplace learning interventions; and providing career advisory in the healthcare, retail and training and adult education sectors. She thrives in orchestrating experiential learning that improves personal effectiveness at work and life. Her stint with Parkway College of Nursing and Allied Health Pte Ltd, formerly under Parkway Group Hospitals, has facilitated the achievement of Approve Training Organisation (ATO) status with Workforce Development Agency (WDA) to conduct Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) programme for the healthcare professionals. She has also developed and facilitated service excellence programmes for the local hospitals and overseas subsidiary in China. Progressing in developing capabilities in the healthcare sector, she had coached nurse educators in developing WSQ healthcare modules, conducted team building and coaching for performance workshops, implemented workplace learning initiatives and developed competency frameworks for private and public institutions. Besides contributing to the healthcare sector, Clare had partnered Disney Institute to design and develop WSQ powered by Disney courses for public and corporate workshops when she was with NTUC LearningHub. In her capacity as a Curriculum Manager, she recruited, coached and managed adjunct curriculum developers to develop WSQ modules for different frameworks. This included contextualisation of courses for corporate clients such as SingPost, Dnata, Sentosa etc. Clare is also an Adjunct Adult Educator with Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) since 2014. With her diverse experience, she has conducted action research, trained and assessed Workplace Trainer Programme, Certification in Workplace Learning Specialist and Diploma in Adult Continuing and Education and provided career advisory services to aspiring freelance Adult Educators.

Henry Koh

Henry has coached and facilitated numerous programs for mid and senior executives in both private and public organizations. Over the last four years, he has developed and facilitated training for executives which include programs on "human capital" workshop for SME leaders, Contingency's Crisis workshop for volunteers, Driving a High Performance Team and programs on executive coaching. Over the last ten years, Henry has taught at various Institutes of Higher Learning on subjects such as Leadership and Decision-making, Performance Management, Human Resource Management & Development and Applied Psychology. He has also facilitated Small & Medium Enterprise workshops on Human Capital for SME Leaders.

Ken Lim

Ken was awarded the 2005 Asia Pacific leadership summit in HP for the achievement of sales through training. His stint as a Director - Principal Consultant /Trainer/ Lecturer with PMF Asia Pte Ltd saw him providing consultation and implementation of training and development initiatives to companies. Ken has also taught Marketing at Diploma and Degree Level (University of South Australia and Bedfordshire) and was responsible for the development of Study Guide and Examination and Assignment Project. He lectured at the Auston Institute of Management on his subjects of expertise which include Strategic Marketing, Consumer Behaviour and Marketing Management for students on the degree programme of Coventry University. In addition, Ken's capacity as a lecturer at the Tourism Management Institute of Singapore has also led him to teach Marketing and Entrepreneurship for Hospitality and Tourism Industry to degree program students of Southern Cross University. Ken's wide training expertise and stellar training experience in the healthcare sector sees him conducting more than 100 hours of training in Singapore General Hospital, KK Hospital and Changi Hospital. Ken's training expertise also gave him the opportunity to facilitate training in National Institution of Education on IT application to MOE teachers from 2010 - 2012. Besides providing application training for NIE during their term break, he imparted soft skill knowledge on topics like presentation skills, service excellence, sales prospecting and negotiation skill, etc. Ken has also conducted assessments for Singapore Media Academy on Social Media training courses in 2010.

Leonard Tay

Due to his business development, and technical work experiences, Leonard is a versatile trainer, able to effectively deliver soft skills as well as technical subject content. Besides technology related training, he has facilitated training for customer service, soft skills and leadership programs such as Managing Change, Implementing Continuous Improvement in Service Delivery, Leading Workplace Communication and Engagement. Managing Service Innovation, Problem Solving and Decision Making using Systems Thinking and Personal Effectiveness. As he specialises in training and instructional design, Leonard also trains and assesses other trainers for the Advance Certficate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) which is a national recognised program for certifying trainers. As a trained instructional designer, Leonard has also developed curriculum and managed training projects for diverse sectors ranging from Leaders and People Management, Security, Business Management as well as IT systems in Healthcare and the Civil Service. Being a recognised Skillsfuture Mentor by SPRING Singapore, Leonard is also able to work with organisations to guide in-house supervisors to develop mentorship skills and write OJT blueprints. He also specialises in working with organisations to provide instructional design, software applications for teaching and learning as well as training solutions for workforce development and re-profiling. Among the many organisations that he has worked with include Brelsoft Technology, 3M Singapore and NCS

Lina Tan

Lina has also developed curricula for training academies and learning institutions. She has also contextualised and customised the "Deliver Service Excellence" for a leading local bank. Being a Certified Workplace Learning Specialist with IAL and a SkillsFuture Mentor with Enterprise SG, Lina has worked with SMEs to enhance their current capability through development of Workplace Learning Interventions for JIT/OJT training of staff. She has also helped to coach the supervisors and managers to improve their skills in conducting OJT and communications. Lina has also delivered customized training and assessment programs to several learning institutions in the roles of curriculum designer, training and assessment content developer, facilitator and assessor. She is also a Nearpod certified educator and uses a host of online and mobile apps for facilitation of online training.

Lucinda Lim

Lucinda has conducted training workshops for People's Association, PSB Academy, DSTA, Procter and Gamble, Bio-Rad, Ngee Ann Polytechnics, Temasek Polytechnics, ITE College West, River Valley High School, Raffles Institution, CHIJ Toa Payoh, CHIJ St. Nicholas, Catholic Junior College, St. Hilda's Secondary School, Dunearn Secondary School, Bedok View Secondary School, Bedok South Secondary School, Compassvale Secondary School, Woodlands Secondary School, Gek Poh Community Centre, Teck Ghee Community Centre and Nanyang Community Centre. Lucinda has recently been invited by the People's Association to participant as a trainer in the "Senior Academy Certificate in Senior Wellness Program", in which she will train the seniors on dressing, personal skincare and makeup.

Pat Mun Fai

Mun Fai has also spoken at Career Fair 2006, The Asian Telecom and Information Exchange Forum (ATIE) 2002 in Hong Kong and The VON (Voice-On-the-Net) Conference 2000 in Hong Kong.

Roger Ong

Roger has been a preferred trainer on Motivational Workshops for the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) since 2010 and also conducts workshops in Schools for OnePeople.sg besides giving talks to the Ministry of Social & Family Development.

See Teck Meng

Teck Meng has developed competency maps of required training for identified skills through job and task analyses for talent development programmes for Mead Johnson Nutrition, Singapore Technologies Marine Limited and Resorts World Sentosa. While in collaboration with learning design team comprising multimedia developers and video technologists, he has also developed technology enhanced learning course materials for Nanyang Technological University and Singapore Armed Forces. Teck Meng has also delivered training for "Apply pedagogy methodology for the workplace" programme of the WSQ Diploma in Precision Engineering (Master Craftsman Skills) at the Nanyang Polytechnic. He has also delivered workshops on performance management and competency-based interview techniques. As a Manager and Training Consultant with Singapore Technologies Education and Training (STET), Teck Meng has also conducted training for uniformed participants in professional military subjects, leadership and management topics such as Problem Solving and Decision Making, Effective Communications, Coaching and organisational effectiveness programmes such as Learning Organisation and Team Building. During his stint as Directing Staff at the Goh Keng Swee Command and Staff College, he has also coached both local and international senior officers on leadership and management.

William Ledbetter

He has worked with adults of all ages as a coach, teacher and facilitator. Among the topics of his adult education courses: Teach the teacher: (Drama education; Music Education; English for primary-aged second language students) Team-Building Presentation Skills Voice development and maintenance for the corporate actor Frontline communications skills In addition, he has also taught the CU-4 module for ACTA (STADA) He has designed and facilitated workshops, short courses, and e-learning modules for such corporate clients as: NCS, SingTel, IHiS, NOL, Schneider Electric and Bridging Minds Network. His educational background is in arts performance and education, including: a Bachelor's Degree from Oberlin (USA); a Masters of Education Degree (NIE); Certification for English Language Training for Adults (CELTA) and an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (WSQ) As an actor, he has been seen onstage at the DBS Centre, French Stage, and Fort Canning, where he has performed in three 'Shakespeare in the Park' plays. On television, he has been seen in two episodes of Catch of the Day and as David Marshall in an episode of The Best that I Could Be. The Straits Times has described his work in Shakespeare on Love as 'outstanding'. As a host, he has worked with The Singapore Symphony Orchestra, Singapore Press Holdings, Re:Mix, STADA, The Philharmonic Orchestra, and The Philharmonic Winds. The Straits Times has described him as 'An unexpected voice in music education'.
